Keeps my boots and pant bottoms dry In rain and heavy dew

Great for all day use. Kept boots ands legs dry.

I received the wrong sized gaiters as a gift and worked with the fantastic customer service team to get me the correct size. Great product too! I wear them hiking and fat biking through deep snow and they keep snow and slush out of my boots!

This Product Keeps out snow, protects boots from wet snow. Front clasp is made of soft metal and will likely break. At that point we need riveting tool and replacement clasp.

Keep out snow, protect boots from wet snow, don't fall down, minimal snow clumping on straps. Metal for front clasp or hold down is cheap and soft, so will be first part of gaitor to break. Then will need replacement clasp and riveting tool

Just Went on a barberry sheep hunt and they worked out great. The first day we had snow. They kept my feet and legs dry. We walked over 50 miles in three days. The third day they kept out the dust. They worked out great for this trip. Can't wait to use them on my other hunts and hiking in the future.

I've been wearing mine for at least 20 years. I wear them year round. In the woods in the summer time to keep debris out of my shoes and provide a surface to spray with permethrin for the ticks. When I'm chain sawing they protect me from getting woods chips and saw dust into my shoes. Then of course the snow all winter long. I can wear low top hiking shoes and get no snow in my shoes in 12"of powder snow. They weigh next to nothing either. I no longer wear tall heavy uncomfortable boots as these are better in so many ways. My wife has a pair that I bought her and she loves them too. I just bought my second pair just to keep in my travel bag. I wear them most days all winter and often the rest of the year. My original crocs are still perfectly functional. They go on in a matter of about 2minutes or less. They are a tremendous value for the $$$. Mine have been abused and still function like new. The new pair I just got have been improved in 2 ways over my 20 year old pair. Both improvements are minor adjustments but both make these awesome gaiters even better than they were. Outdoor research is a great company!

These stay in my work truck or in my backpack all year long. Idaho is unpredictable and I can always rely on throwing these on to help keep me warm and dry. I use them snow shoeing, and snowmobiling for work as well. I have a work pair, pair for personal use, and buy a pair for each one of my technicians.

The fit and finish is nice on these. The extra Velcro at the toe helps to keep them closed. Recommend.

Keeps my socks and boots free from even fine powdery snow. Seem really good quality and fashionable.

Used these for a seven day backcountry snowshoeing trip. Extremely satisfied - kept my pants and boots very dry. It's the first time I've used gaiters and I can't believe I never thought of using them before!

These gaiters are heavy duty and resistant to damage. So far so good.

I have use gaiter for several year. still work good. lot of life left. Bought couple more as gift..

More a question than a review. I have large calves, 20-21". I've tried several brands of gaiters and they won't fit. Will the Xxl fit a guy like me with large calves? They look pretty roomy. I sure hope they will fit. THANKS

Very happy with my purchase. These gaiters are durable, warm, and weatherproof. I will Continue to use these gaiters for a long time and plan on purchasing another from OR if I have to replace them.

I have used after ABN OPS and FTX. I love them totally worth it.

Happy to have a pair of OR gaiters that aren't entirely black! These will deflect maybe a small portion of the heat encountered in hot desert summers while doing archaeological work. The other black ones I own have lasted ten years and are still going strong.

Very durable, top of the line

Recently put these gaiters to work on a 10-day wilderness float/deer hunt. As always OR gear charged hard and gloriously accepted the beatings given. Always impressed with the OR quality and performance. My only gripe is mostly on me, I need a size large for my boots, but my twig legs would better fit the medium, regardless, they have enough strap to tighten up up high and keep me dry busting through the deep stuff.

Best gaiters bar none. Excellent craftsmanship and fit.
