I've had the product for 4 years now and the build quality is simply amazing. It's very well constructed and the material used is long lasting. Most definitely the best backpack I've ever used and worth the investment.

I use this for work and it fits everything I need and then some! Great product, very durable, and pretty waterproof/resistant, have spilled my water bottle over in the main pouch a couple of times and my laptop and things in the other pockets are completely dry.

Love the amount of internal divisions, the waterproof underlining and the color.

We haven't used it much yet but so far it seems to fit the bill. Lots of pockets and perfect for my school teacher hubby.

Use this daily for work and hauling a 17" laptop. It's amazing how comfortable it is. So many compartments and spaces for everything I need. 17" laptop fits in the designated padded space snugly. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased this pack as a replacement for my 15+ year-old, nearly bulletproof Brenthaven which was finally falling apart (and they don't make backpacks anymore). I find this pack to be a worthy successor, sturdily constructed and with excellent protection for the laptop and accessories. The size is just right for what I need to carry, and it's quite comfortable to wear. Kudos!

Got this backpack for my new job, which has a hybrid schedule. Has plenty of room and keeps my laptop protected when I need to go into the office, and keeps things organized at home. The only thing I would change is the size of the water bottle pocket on the side; it could be a little bigger, in my opinion, but it holds one of my bottles (very tight) so it still works.

I love this backpack! Perfect for travel and for work. I work remotely and this bag has room for my 20oz water bottle, 14" MacBook, 12" iPad, charger for both, an external power bank, three notebooks, wallet, and snacks! It's wild! I also have the robin pack which has the same volume (20L), but this one is definitely compartmentalized more efficiently. I love both bags, but robin is more a day pack and this one is definitely an on-the-go everyday bag. Would purchase again absolutely.

High quality, good organization, comfortable, and a minimalist look. It isn't a backpack made for lots of volume. Instead, it does a fantastic job as an efficient everyday carry back pack for travel, work, and school. Thanks, love it!

I have lost count of how many years I have owned this backpack, but it feels like more than 10. It's been my daily laptop bag all this time. I bought and tried many backpacks before and every single one got damaged in one way or another. I hesitated buying this one for what seemed like an hour, because of the price, but today I would gladly buy another one and would not take more than one second to make a decision.

Love this backpack! Just the right size - not too big or too small. Fits my laptop and keeps it safe. It is easily adjustable and padded so my back stays comfortable. Great purchase!

Great backpack , plenty of space and great separate Laptop compartment . It's light but built strong and the bottom buckles are great for hanging a light jacket or sweater . I use it for work and travel.

I use this backpack for work and travel. It's super well made and has great pockets and storage. The computer compartment is very well padded. In general it's very roomy without looking bulky - it has a streamlined profile. Love it.

Had it for about three weeks now, a little smaller than I expected. Sturdy, high-quality material and construction, professional, elegant and understated.

Amazing as a daily use backpack. I use it on my public transit based daily commute, and while traveling. Love the roomy and secure laptop compartment which easily accommodates a 16" Macbook Pro, unlike many competitors' designs. The layout and dimensions of the pockets are very well designed... A lot of thought and careful testing clearly went into this pack. All this plus the ruggedness and water resistance (important where I live) is very hard to beat. Also comes with an unbelievable warranty. Wish there were two water bottle pouches, but I think that would require giving up some interior space, so I think it's a reasonable tradeoff.
