Love the look of the boot. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars; it is not "water proof " at all, but it isn't advertised as waterproof. I walked out in the snow the other day, just about 5 steps in snow- and I could feel moisture coming in. So if you are not going into the snow- it is fine. Also, I ordered a size 9 (because I was intending on wearing 1-2 pairs of socks) normally I wear an 8.5.

I have a narrow foot so I found these to be a good fit. However, they are a bit tough to pull on. They were very comfortable right away and I didn't need to break them in. I like the side zipper and the height of the boot. Also, the Teva tread provides great traction.

These boots are beautiful and well made, but they run fairly narrow. Returning for a half size up to see it that does the trick. The materials and fabrication are very nice, I wish they had fit!

I really like these boots, very stylish. The heels is quite narrow and they're a bit hard to get on but overall fit well. I'm a 6.5 sometimes 7 so I ordered a 7 and I'm glad I did.

I saw these boots online and immediately had to have them. I travel a lot so I was looking for a great "staple" boot that I could wear with lots of styles. This boot feels comfortable and really seems to go with most things, which I LOVE! My only complaint is about where the rubber sole and the leather meets. There's what feels like a wooden piece on the upper part of the rubber sole. I think I must have whacked it on something and you can see the light colored wood. It can easily be covered with a black marker but for the price, I would hope these kinds of things wouldn't be necessary. I will definitely wear these for a looooong time! Great shoe!

I was looking for a good outdoor boot and thought these would be great. Quality/workmanship - appears very good, no complaints Size - this was my issue. I am a size 8M or a 7.5W. Plus, I have chubby ankles and a high arch. Note the zipper on the boot doesn't go all the way to the sole like most boots, so this made putting them on difficult for me. Very happy they had the loop in the back to help pull them on - still a challenge.. But they were much too tight, even with thin socks. I will be sending these back. In the meantime I ordered a size 9 in the hopes they might fit better. They do. I still have to pull them on by the loop in the back but it is much easier. They are snug so I am just using thin merino wool socks vs thick/heavy ones. I am hoping the leather will do a good job insulating when it gets really cold. A plus, the shape/style doesn't make my foot look enormous or cloud like even though I had to go up a size. They were a bit stiff at first, especially in the heel area but they are shaping themselves to my feet. So far so good. I'll be keeping the size 9s. As a note, for those with narrower feet or thinner ankles, the insole comes out so you can easily replace it with a thinner one or a specialized insert.

overall, I like them. They are a bit tight around the ball of my foot but I suspect (hope) they will stretch enough to be more comfortable. I wish the zipper came a little further down the instep; that's a nuisance given the current tightness of the boot. They are snugger around my calf than the previous equivalent. This is good for jeans, might be less good with leggings. Anxious to see if they are as waterproof and non slip as the previous Teva boots.

These boots would definitely benefit from a deeper zipper; as other reviews said, they can be a bit difficult to get on. The first time I wore these boots for a short walk, they ripped my heels up. I didn't have blister bandaids, so I taped some thick gauze to my heels for the next few walks. The first walk with gauze, I started to feel rub right at the end (so after maybe a mile and a half). The next two walks with gauze, I didn't feel anything. Then I wore them to work (3 miles round-trip commute and on my feet in a lab), again with gauze and thick socks but now in the rain, and didn't feel a thing. Today I'm wearing them with just a pair of okay socks and they feel great! So I will say that these boots take some breaking in. The heel is really high and sturdy, but that makes it pretty uncomfortable for the first few wears. However, after that, they're very comfortable (still a little tight in the toe, but leather stretches over time and they're less tight today than yesterday). I definitely foresee wearing these nearly every day now that fall has settled in, and I'm planning to get the knee-high pair as well.

Great boots, but I wish the zipper began lower down like the older, De la Vina boots (which I have had for years and will probably hold a memorial for when I finally have to "bury" them) this new style is based on. They are a little harder to get on heel-wise.

Nice boots, but they run a little small. I have never had a problem with any shoe being too narrow and these boots are! I have worn them 3 times now thinking they would stretch out (leather) and they have not. Now it is probably too let to exchange them. :(

I have worn Teva de la vina boots for years now their my absolute favorite because they fit perfectly no need to break them in just grab you favorite pair of sock and run out the door. I went a half size up on these boots because I was worried about the fit and I'm glad I did. This are the first pair of Teva boots I have ever had to break in thank god a grab my running sock from smart wool other wise I would have had blisters when I got home. That being said I have had them for a couple weeks and they have broken in nicely I love the color which is more of a green than I though the olive would be. Bottom line definitely recommend even if ill miss the di la vina boot line.

It seems like a good boot, but it was much stiffer than I expected. My toes were scrunched on the sides. I wear a normal width in all other shoes. The ankles were fine. I returned them, but if they didn't scrunch my toes, they would have been good boots, and I would have kept them.

These are great! Super comfortable and waterproof so perfect for all weather. My only complaints are that they scuff very, very easily. I understand that's part of the "look" but just be prepared that within the first day, they will look completely different from when you bought them. Also, I bought these a 1/2 size up from what I normally wear (since they didn't have my size), which worked out great but I've found them somewhat uncomfortable to wear with thick socks, they need to be broken in well beforehand.

I love Teva shoes and boots. These fit fine, but the leather is not as soft and supple as other Teva boots I've worn. I'm hoping they will break in some and feel more comfortable soon. The tops of them where they hit the leg/ankle are stiff and rub uncomfortably against them. I hope that won't be a problem after wearing them all day. I bought the green - nice color. The only other thing I have to add is that I said they are "true to size" because the size I bought, 7, fit me. However, in my experience ALL Teva shoes and boots run small. I normally wear a 6 or in some cases 6.5, but in Teva I wear size 7.

This is my 3rd pair of Teva urban boots. They are a great fit for me. The heel is low enough that I can walk miles in the and since they are waterproof I can depend on them to keep my feet dry even when it rains. The two previous styles I've had (they lasted, bought them years apart) had a lower cut. This higher cut rubbed on my leg and it was uncomfortable. They even left marks on my legs where they rubbed. Maybe I have cubby ankles, i don't know,I never noticed it before. I would not buy this style again.

I wanted to like these boots, but I found them difficult to put on. I have a high arch, which is only part of the problem. If the zipper were longer, that would help. The fabric lining is also a problem, for it prevents the foot from sliding into the boot. I ordered a size 9 1/2, and the length width are fine, but putting them on is a struggle for me, so, sadly, they're going back.

I've had Teva boots before and have worn them until they fell apart. These, however, are not as good as previous models of the same style. My biggest concern about them is that the zipper is an inch or more shorter than it should be, making it more difficult to get on and off easily. I've had several foot surgeries and found the soft leather and longer zipper real pluses. Instead, I wear these boots less often and have switched to a Reiker boot of similar style for my day to day use.

I bought a pair of waterproof Teva boots years ago for a trip to Scotland and they quickly became my go-to for many subsequent winter trips. When they finally wore out last winter, I immediately went searching for the same pair. I thought these were them, but unfortunately, these are not nearly as comfortable. I'm so sad! I would return them if I could, but will instead continue trying to break them in. If you're looking for an everyday boot th wear to work, these are fine. But don't expect to be able to walk miles in them without any rubbing/discomfort.
