I'd been looking for a pair of shorter boots to wear daily - work, going out, running errands...etc. and these pretty much nailed it. I had a few "booties" on my short list but decided on these because, well, waterproof. None of the others were waterproof & being in Pacific Northwest, it's a necessity & I was tired of wearing my rain boots. I have your average size 9 feet & the boots fit me just fine. My only issue was the olive was definitely a bit more on the greener side than the pictures. The photos made them look browner than what they actually were (I thought the brown ones they had were a bit too light for me). Either way I am pleased with the purchase & will be testing them hard during our rains. My only request to TEVA would be to make a nice dark brown version.

These boots are stylish and waterproof. All boots should be designed this way.

the fit is great, comfort is good, i have arch issues, i wore them shopping the day after getting them and my feet didnt hurt at all. the finish on outside of boot is lacking, i don't know how to make them look ok, they scuff easy and color is not uniform.

Very attractive style, the fit is excellent with a small caveat; I have to wear thinner socks with them. It was a small disappointment. When I first tried them on I had warm thick socks and it put too much pressure on the bone at the base of the small toe. I was ready to send them back then tried thinner socks and all is good. Enough movement without pressure. Boot is easy to put on, and wears well in snowy weather, good traction on the soles.

At first this boot felt stiff and a little too snug, but after wearing them a few times with some heal protection (so I wouldn't get blisters) I like them just fine. They are real leather and after a few wears they stretch and mold to your foot making them pretty comfortable. They are a little high for my stature (I'm a short 5'2, 160# and have inherently big calves) and they tend to put some uncomfortable pressure on the back of my calves when they are zipped all the way up. There is not a lot of padding in the footbed but I think this can be remedied with a footbed insert. I really love the look and versatility of this boot and will definitely keep them. They fit true to size so if you intend to use an insert or wear thick socks I recommend buying a half size up. I wear an 8.5 and bought a 9 which worked out perfect for me.

Very nice boot. Took some breaking in; the tops rubbed shins and calves significantly.

Love the quality leather, the grippy texture on the bottom and the style. I got almost usual size 9 and they were still a little long/loose in the heel with thinner socks--my heel lifted up a bit in one foot, (I have a narrow heel). With thick socks it fit more tightly. The box of the boot was a little narrow but it works ok for my feet-I wouldn't expect to live in them all day every day though (maybe once I break them in fully, Idk). Overall, I like these boots--versatile to dress up or down and quick to zip on and off.

These boots are stylish and feel well-made. I suggest wearing crew-height socks (past ankle) so that the lip of the boot doesn't rub. Other reviews complained of this but so far wearing the higher socks I've had no issue. For those with slightly wider feet, these will fit fine after breaking in but if you're feet require wide-size shoes they will be too narrow.

I bought these online based on Teva's size chart (I'm sometimes 7.5 and sometimes 8, measured 7.5). When they came, they were snug to get on, but the length is definitely right. I don't have wide feet, but these fit narrow. They have relaxed a bit so they are not too tight. The cushion and comfort underfoot is fine for nicer shoes. I wouldn't want to wear them all day on my feet. However, I do love the look of them. The olive color is not very green at all and goes with everything.

I ordered these in my quest for boots to wear in the rain. They were the most attractive of the options, but the leather around the top of the boot was stiff and uncomfortable - even through heavy socks. Other than that, I found them comfortable, and the olive color (black was sold out in my size) was actually a pretty versatile color that I would recommend. My heel slipped less in these than in the other options, but it did slip a bit (even with the heavy rag socks). I never have that problem with shoes, so I'm not sure why it seems to be a consistent problem with boots. I sure wish more boots came in a narrow option!

I really like these boots. I will say the pecan color is much more muted than in the pictures. I wish for me the boot height was just a little taller…I struggle with a lot of my jeans not wanting to stay inside especially after sitting. I am tall though so part of the problem is that my pants are never quite long enough. Overall these were a great buy and after wearing a couple times they are really comfortable which is key for me.

I really like these boots. They are comfortable, easy to walk in, and look good. As other reviewers have mentioned, they do run a little small; I ordered my usual 7.5, and they fit snugly, but are not so tight as to be uncomfortable. That said, if I were to order again, I would order an 8 so that I would have the flexibility of wearing them with thicker socks.

While I love the look and feel of the boot on my feet and while the sizing is perfect, the left boot cuts my ankle when I wear it, could be a little wider. (I have thin ankles, so I don't think that's the problem.) I bought these to wear on a trip to Paris, but they'll be staying home.

Cool looking boots, not the most comfortable, but ok for a night out. Wish they had the tall ones in stock.

These boots are beautifully designed and well-made. I love the pecan color, the shape, the sole, the zipper. One problem I had was the front top of the boot cut into my shin as I walked. I tried them on multiple times, hoping the problem would go away. But had to return. Sad.

I really like these boots and how they look but they do run tight at first. I made a leap of faith to keep them and they have stretched out nicely while I've been wearing them around the house to break them in. They're ready to go now and happy I was able to make them feel comfortable - it didn't take long.

I bought a 9 even though the length of my foot is more like an 8 since I know I have wide feet and all the reviews said the shoes are small. Really had to work to get my foot in the boots and they feel tight around the ankle and across the tops. Still have thumb width+ of space at the toe. Glad I didn't go smaller. Will keep, here's hoping enough wear will relax the tight part. Gave it a 4 because the over all quality looks good.

The cardboard inserts in the toe front were very hard to remove and I thought maybe it was a part of the boot, which I didn't like, I kept pulling and finally got them removed; the boot fit very well and comfortable until I started walking; the top of the boot presses on the back of my leg above the ankle, I'm hoping that the boot needs a 'break-in' period. I wasn't sure of what to use on the leather to preserve it. The boot is attractive and Teva is a favorite brand of mine. I appreciated that a notice was enclosed indicating that some colors of the boot may stain light-colored clothing which touches the boots. Overall, I am pleased with the boot. I received good advice from the representative when I called L.L. Bean to inquire about leather maintenance, the leather is suede-like.

This is a versatile bootlooks good with pants, dresses, skirts. I like the fact that it is waterproof, although I have not tested that. One downside is that it is uncomfortable around the top if I don't wear extra thick socks. So, if I wanted to wear with just tights, it would chafe the area where it ends. My other Teva boots have a soft lining around the tops that these don't have so these are rough there. If not for that, these would be perfect.

I love TEVa footwar and I have been a loyal customer ever since the OG of this boot came out. I loved my previous pair of ankle boots- I still have them. The only thing that made me get this pair was the lack of tread on my other ones and the Zipper had long fallen off ( tip; hairpins work great for unzipping). Anyways, with this new pair, they felt a little more snug than the other ones and gave me a blister on my foot the first time I wore them but, I have since worn them in and no longer have that discomfort. The tread is great as well on this new shoe. It's a lil hustle to get in and out of the boots, it seems like the backside is a little narrow but maybe that will give in with time.
Overall, I would recommend just be aware that there is some adjustment time but once you break in, you will like them.

This is a "daily driver" for me.
They are waterproof!
They also needed almost no breaking in, look cool (very important when one is 65 with hip adult kids about to critique style choices), and I can hike miles on a trail without having to change my shoes first.
The drawbacks:
The zipper is too short making it hard to get the boot on. I also have to use a boot jack or chance putting my back out getting them off.
The top of the boot is too narrow and rubbed a very painful welt: I now never zip them up all the way to provide the flex space my shin needs. Another woman and I were comparing notes and she showed me a permanent scar from her welts.
