I bought 3 of these coats for my kids, and so far they're holding up well. None of them complain of being cold, which is great since these coats don't have any down and are on the thin side. The hoods are excellent and the fleece lining inside is fantastic. I love the reflectors on the coat as well. Zipper is of good quality as well.

We love Columbia! My son says this coat is super warm and he loves it. Its not too bulky, the small fits him well, he is an average, skinny 8yo. The outgrow function is great, will likely get two seasons out of this jacket. It's perfect for our mild and rainy PNW winters and warm enough for a trip to the mountain with a layer underneath.

I purchased for my grandson. When his Dad received it.. he Loved it! And so did my grandson!

I bought three of these for my boys. They all stay very warm with them even in the coldest temperatures. The omni heat is amazing!

My 6 year old loves his new coat, size xs. Well made and warm (or so he says). Lightweight but no complaints about being cold. Reflective inside seems to be a plus.

Very happy with this jacket. My son says it's very warm he's never cold and love the pesto green color!

My grandson really loves the color. I really love that it should fit him the rest of the winter and possibly start him next winter. Good quality stitching for a young boy. Easy to wash!

Brought for my son since he outgrew his last Columbia winter coat. This is a great coat for my 9 year old. Very lightweight yet keeps him warm in our NJ winters.

I have two boys and both active. These jackets are great for the Chicago winter. It keeps them warm and allows them to move freely, without bulk. We are definitely buying Columbia everytime.

Good coat. Not supper thick but hoping it is warm enough for a Minnesota winter.

This jacket holds up to rain and cold weather. This is my sons go to rain jacket. The zippered pockets are great. The only thing I wish it had was thumbholes to keep his little hands warm. I also wish the zipper wasn't plastic material but I sturdy metal like the adult version of this jacket.

Muy buena campera, cambiaron la textura de la tela exterior respecto a la adquirida en 2019. El tamao es el indicado, para el Uruguay debera ser mas ancha para el largo que posee.

The fit is great. I wish the thickness was more because we live in Minnesota.

My Son is regular fit 12 and the Large fits but its tight and its supposed to fit a 14 - 16, now he has a sweatshirt under it for winter I wish I got the XL.

Quality coat that will fit for a few seasons!

I will need to return this item, it runs small. The Large is more like a size 10-12 not a size 14-16 (as stated on the tag), we needed the XL very, disappointed.

This is a nice, well-made coat that should be great if you live where winters are very mild. However, here in the Midwest this is just not going to cut it. I wish Columbia coats had warmth ratings on them. I'd say this would be good down to about 30 degrees F. Returning because my son needs a coat that is warm in to the below zero ranges.

This could be a great jacket except that the hood doesn't fit properly over a ski helmet, and my grandson uses a ski helmet. The hood needs to be enlarged so that it fits comfortably over the helmet, the shoulders of the jacket stay down on the boy's shoulders, and the bottom of the hood zips fully and just covers the boy's chin, not his eyes. Good value and quality and functionality otherwise. But wearing the helmet, the jacket won't be much good in a storm.

I purchased two of these for my kids, they are nice coats, wonderful colors, well-built; however, not for cold weather. The lowest temps I would allow these to be worn in are about 45 degrees.

Long time customer of Columbia here. Among other products, have consistently bought snow gear for our children from Columbia. Has always gone fine until this year. One ski jacket worn only a few times had the zipper fall off. This clearly should not happen. I was told the only solution was to submit as a warranty claim, pay for the return shipping myself and then wait 4-6 weeks. Other than the insult to pay to ship something that is clearly a defect, the idea of waiting 4-6 weeks for a winter product is ridiculous. An experience with Columbia that has lost them a customer (even with whatever amount of Columbia rewards I currently have). Beware.

I bought two of this jacket for my 6 and 7 years old sons to protect them while skiing and playing with snow. But after 30 mns playing with snow especially shoulder side gets wet totally til inside
