I ordered a size 6 which is my usual size. It was perfect in the length, but the shoe felt loose and definitely slipped on my heel when I walked. Another funny thing was the shoelaces were very short. Just enough to tie... Of course that is changeable, but the shoe just didn't feel comfortable for walking long distances. Thanks for your great return policy, Zappo!!

I like the way these shoes look on my feet (not a given with 11W), but I didn't realize until I had worn them for a while that there is no arch inside. It's been a while since I bought New Balance so maybe that's normal now, but after walking for a while in these I developed cramps on the bottom of my feet. Fortunately I had a pair of PowerStep orthotics which fit in the shoes so they are wearable. Just not what I expected based on past experience with New Balance.

I was so excited to get these shoes as quickly as I did with everything going on. (virus) However, when I opened the box, how disappointing to see a "wide width" tag! I did not order a wide width! But, I needed the shoes and did not have time to send them back so I am trying to make due. I am wearing thicker socks and cranking down the laces. They are comfortable, but I will need to get some inserts for more arch support and heel support.

I was surprised these shoes felt a little small. I have bought New Balance walking shoes before and the size I bought always felt right. I also thought there wasn't much padding in the shoe, but I only had them on for a minute.

I like the roomy toe box. However the foot bed is not cushy enough for my comfort. The ankle is heavily padded and not my preference.

These hurt my feet! I wish I could buy new balance by the form # again!

Waited so long for chocolate brown New Balance in my size...and then too pointy a toe! Where is the lovely rounded toe to enhance the deep toe box? These are going back.

I ordered 10W in chocolate. The wide width fitted more like a medium. Due to me having bunions, I must return. The color is a beautiful rich brown. I have been searching for chocolate/dark brown sneakers with a little tan and dark sole (NOT WHITE) for quite some time. The length was spot on. They don't have much cushion or memory foam. The tongue of the shoe is oddly huge.

Wish I would have returned these. They are a half size shorter than the last version of these. I was so happy to find these and I like the colors. They also take an orthotic very well. I might have to shell out the money and buy the next half size up. Do not think that these will fit over time. They are absolutely shorter.
