Bought these for Christmas and said waterproof. Left water on them first time in snow...

The boots are being exchanged for a new pair. This pair was defective. My daughters foot went right through the front of the shoe the first time she wore them!

For such an expensive boot, I expected quality! My 9 year old daughter put them on and noticed right away the material of the boot was torn off the sole at the instep. Should have a better warranty, like LL bean does and stand behind such an expensive product

Purchased a kids size 6 and the size is completely off. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the boots. Will never buy directly through UGG again.

These boots are not worth the amount they charge, these boots feel like a fake pair of uggs.
