I ordered less than a month ago, they are supposed to be black and they are ashy instead. I have worn these maybe 3x & it has not been in snow or salt or anything. It's been ashy since I've received them, I thought it would improve but it did not.

Easily stained. Horrible

I return my Uggs which I was very excited to receive because the quality of them were poorly made. They were very flimsy and the fur lining was thin. I've had Uggs in the past and the quality was never this bad. I'm very disappointed and am looking for a better quality winter shoe. Definitely don't make them the same anymore. What's up with that?

I've had so many pairs of classic Ugg boots over the years. This is the first time I ever purchased a pair and the inside lining is sssooo thin. Also find it interesting that in the sales image, except for the red pair, they do not show the inside lining of the boot without the top part rolled down. The boot doesn't even fit snug around my ankle and leg, there is a huge space gap. I've never had a problem with this before. I am worried my feet will freeze as cold air will likely pass through this large gap The boots look very cheaply made. Highly disappointed with the construction. Sizing is also not as snug. They feel much wider than previous pairs I've owned.

they were alright the material on the boot itself felt a little thin and I wasn't a big fan of that and I don't know if that's because I got kids ones versus the adult ones but they do fit true to size. I used to have multiple pairs of UGGs and they felt better quality than the ones that I got.

This TREADLITE sole makes the Uggs feel cheap and I want the original classic Ugg back or even an option to choose.

these boots are not made like the originals in Australia! The boots are too wide and looks like your wearing ski boots !

The shoes looked so cheap and big

literally bought these for my daughter and within two weeks or so there is a straight tear :/ by the inseam

It needs to be more snug around my ankles

My daughter wore these 2 times and they are torn at the sole the second. Annual the equality is going down.

Not so happy with purchase. I have purchased Ugg's numerous times in the past and was unaware the style has change and is now a lot wider. I have always ordered a size 5 in kids classic boots and now they are way to wide for my feet and even to big. This is my 2nd time returning for a different pair hoping they will fit my original pair fits.

I recently bought these Ugg's for my niece, and let me tell you the fabric is so thin and cheap. If you grab a pen, I'm sure you can poke through them. I've always bought Ugg's for myself when the weather changes and never have I received so cheap pair of boots.

I bought these shoes in beige and the fur was damaged. It was not at all as soft as I expected and the shoes were not true to color. I bought these directly from the site expecting them to be top quality but I was greatly disappointed.

I bought these because my other ones were old..... cheaply made, not like the originals one.... material really thin... i own at least 12 pair off uggs and these by far the worst pair i ever bought

Worn 2 days and they are opened/broken up on the front.

My son needs a classic boot with a zipper on the side . He had difficulty putting it on on his own , but it's because he has wide feet , wiggling in is annoying.

I spoke with someone but they black uggs were so worn out like they were already worn . I didn't have time to send them back or ship them back off . But they look terrible

I bought this for my daughter for xmas gift. The front of the boot is worn out with less than 10 wears.

The first time my child put on the shoe it ripped

I absolutely love uggs!!! But after receiving the chocolate brown pair the other day I was shocked after opening the box only to see that the boots have been worn. They were wrinkled and the bottom looked walked on.I will be returning them.

The style was changed and they are no longer warm
