I've been buying Uggs for years . For some reason, the quality of this boot is not the same. The material seems cheaper, the color is not the same as the original "chestnut" Overall I am not pleased with the quality of the boot with this purchase.

I have always purchased uggs for years now. I decided to get a fresh pair before Christmas, as soon as I received them I sprayed them with the protector that comes in the ugg kit (it's suppose to help with staining) well unfortunately 1 of my uggs got a stubborn stain. I immediately cleaned them with the other bottles that came in the kit, when I realize the stain was still there I called customer service to ask what else I can do about the stain, I emailed them & even chatted on live on their website but they basically told me that since it's not manufactures fault , there's nothing that can be done. So I guess I'm stuck with stained brand new pair of Ugg's that only lasted 2 weeks before they were permanently stained because the ugg kit did not work. I'm officially never purchasing uggs again, they are way too expensive to get damaged this fast even when you try to take care of them with the kit!

I have been using uggs for years now. I purchased a fresh pair a few days before Christmas as soon as I received them I sprayed my uggs with the stain protectant that comes in the ugg kit. But unfortunately , that did not protect my uggs from staining at the top of the boot. I contacted customer service on the phone, I called the nearest ugg store near me, I even live chatted with a representative on their website to ask them what I can do to remove the stain. Finally after trying everything I gave up on the stubborn stain that doesn't come off! I wish the ugg care kit would've worked better & done it's job. My uggs only lasted less then 2 weeks before they were permanently damaged.

I would buy it again

I feel that my "uggs" are fake! I even compared them to my recent ones

a while back i bought a pair of kids Ugg, the quality back then compare to now its a bit different, for a minute i thought they were counterfit because they felt odd and looked odd then review the rating and the pictures on the sight. I would love for Ugg to bring back the original design and comfort for the kids shoe again.

i wear a size 3 in kids uggs and i brought a tan pair about a year ago and they're WAY more comfortable than the black boots that i just brought! they do not put as much fur in the kids boots which is the BIGGEST rip off because the price did not change. there is little to no fur in these boots which defeats the WHOLE purpose of buying ugg boots. Please go back to the original making of the shoe

The inside of the boot wasn't as soft as they used to make them. It's actually pretty rough.

I use to buy Uggs every year, faithfully! I would make it a whole thing. I would set a specific date, get dressed get my hair done and go to my authorized Ugg store. Take my sweet time and pick my perfect Ugg style and color . The last pair I bought was my Ugg sunburst . In the chestnut color I was in love with them to point I wore them for 3 years straight until I couldn't wear them again so going back to my roots this year I decided to buy the originals the classics . DISAPPOINTED . The fur inside isn't the same for some reason the sole on the bottom is also stiff. It feels like cardboard. The material of the shoe definitely declined they feel like what knock offs looks like ..

Bring back the quality of the 2013 Uggs.

I have been buying uggs for years and I bought a pair recently and they sent me something totally different . It looked so cheaply made the sheep skin was thin the bottom sole was super thin . I don't know if there's something wrong in manufacturing but bring back the original because this isn't it !!

Not the same quality as in the past. Run large and wide, scuff marks as if they had been a return, VERY RIGID no give in putting it on. So disappointed that the quality has deteriorated.

The quality has changed. It feels like a knock off. The fur is not full as it used to be.

I loved the color and they are super comfy. They run big or I would suggest ordering a size down.

Material feels really scratchy and plasticky.

I love Uggs. I own multiple pairs. I have owned this pair only for maybe 2 months and the color has faded drastically. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend the color black.

These boots don't seem to hold up like they use to. I am lo longer to wear them without socks because they are not as warm. The quality isn't what it use to be.

I wear these boots everyday, as I did my last pair that held up for over 3 years. The fit is perfect but I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the fur. The whole point of purchasing UGGS (for me) is that no other brand compares to the quality of their fur. In this pair, it feels rough and matted down. I also purchased red UGG slippers and the dyed fur is always tougher from being colored but the fur in my dyed slippers feel nicer than the ones in my normal boots. I'm still an UGG lover but I'll stick to purchasing at Nordstroms from now on.

alright so i just want to be straight forward with everyone so they don't make the same mistake i did. me and my sister both wear a kids 6/womens 7 in uggs. i ordered the kids size cus they are clearly cheaper than the women's but unfortunately they appear nothing like the original classics. they are not as fitted as usual -- toe points up(?) and even the overall shaft of the boot is extremely big. i am returning these and purchasing the women's classic II because ironically i received them as a gift and they fit exactly how i remember.

Boots had a weird lump inside in the toe area. It was under the lining so maybe sewn wrong or something. I'm not sure but it made them feel uncomfortable.

I hate these boots! The material is so cheap, after a week they were trashed!

i am shocked((( I don't recognize UGGs. I used to have them for 2 seasons, and they were ok. This season, all 3 pairs are sooooo bad, including this one. It fell apart after 2 weeks of gentle use.

The last pair of uggs i got lasted me YEARS. I wore this one out ONCE for a quick dog walk and my feet were soaked/freezing and the stains won't come off now. So so disappointed and won't even try returning them or selling them to thrift stores :(

I bought these for my daughter and she got snow on them and now they are ruined. These shoes are too expensive to mess up when snow gets on them.
