I have a bad knee and wide feet. I have a tough time finding good sneakers. These are super comfy and light!!!

Very responsive, incredible rebound! Fit perfectly out of the box, I have a very narrow heel and these were very snug and have stayed that way. Light and comfortable for the Texas heat.

I tried several Hoka's and the Carbon X is the best fit for me. The shoe fits perfect and is comfortable.

These shoes will definitely be your new favorite. I am about to receive my third pair. I'm obsessed with them. They are great for training or racing. I usually try to save them for races and speed work! They are amazing shoes and I have made so many personal records in them! Plus they are amazing. I would not be mad at all if you brought back the original color way! The Dresdin blue is amazing. I want another pair!

Hoka One One has the best-made running shoes I have ever had. Carbon X is the most comfortable style of Hoka One Ones. I highly recommend buying the Hoka One Ones!

Love the Carbon X, light and supportive. Feels like I am gliding with little effort.

Light and comfortable. Use for training about 50 miles per week. They are somewhat expensive, but I am willing to pay for comfort. Have good arch support. Toe box is generous.

I was intrigued with these shoes from all the good reviews I read on here. When I received my pair, I initially thought I wouldn't like them, as they felt very stiff. When I put them on it was a different story. They fit my feet perfectly and were smooth like butter! No weird rubbing anywhere, and my heel felt locked it place, which is something I have struggled with in the past. I took off to do 4 miles and was not disappointed! I have recently been trying to work on my gait, cadence and landing mid foot while running and these shoes definitely make you do that! I could instantly tell I felt faster. Towards the end of the run I even tried to slow myself down and was still going a faster pace than I typically do. About 20 seconds faster! I didn't want to take these shoes off! I look forward to training and racing in these shoes. Will probably rotate them with my Rincon which I also enjoy. Thanks Hoka!

I've had the shoes for less than an hour, cut 42 seconds off of my avg mile on the first run. The cushioning is crazy and allows you to rely on the shoe when you are getting gassed. They are super comfortable while running, I could barely feel my feet hitting the ground. Im excited to run again which I've never said in my life.

Due to a recent foot injury, it was recommended by a physical therapist that I try these shoes and boy am I glad I did! These shoes have been the key for me to be able to return to running and keeping my foot happy. I plan to buy another pair soon. Loving them!! The shoe provides the ridge mid-sole I needed to keep my injured joint happy. Plus, I'm running faster in these shoes as well. I use them as my everyday trainer and they are holding up great! I plan to take them 200-250 miles before replacing. I currently have 130 miles on these shoes and they still feel as good as new.

These shoes are fast and light! I ran my first full marathon in these shoes and BQd. Also PRd 2 10ks along the way. Laces come undone and are long - triple knot and you'll be fine! I think I need another pair!

I have always been a Clifton girl until now! I have wanted to try the Carbon X but honestly stayed away because of the cost. I decided the bite the bullet and I'm glad I did! I am heel striker and no matter how hard I tried to get off the heel, I couldn't. The Carbon X forces me off the heel and so I have less foot and knee pain after a run. I've been able to cut 20-30 seconds off of my pace time (I'm generally a slow runner). I still hate how much they cost but I'm sold on them!!

Fantastic shoes!! I am recovering from a stress fracture I also have pain on top of foot near middle toe from a pinched nerve with the rocking effect of the carbon X my fore foot is off the ground and with the very light mesh on top there's no pinching anywhere also carbon steel prevents the extreme flexing of the foot pain is gone .. Magic!! exactly what I needed they're very attractive and have enough cushion. I wouldn't have had the stress fracture if I knew about these shoes very comfortable and perfect for toe- off. If you want to avoid runners stress fracture or Morton's neuroma these are the shoes for you.

The rocker shape to the sole is just perfect for my footstrike. Once I started running in these, my heel pain subsided and so did any shin discomfort. I love these for long runs!

First pair and I am in love. Wish I had bought them before my Philadelphia Marathon. Took them out for a virgin run today and I had no problem switching from Asics to Hoka. No tired feet or cramped calf muscles.

I've been unable to run for 3 months due to Planters Fasciitis and ordered the Carbon X out of desperation for a miracle cure. I didn't honestly think they would solve it, but not only was the pain minimal in my first mile, but it was completely gone by mile 4. This has held true through my first several runs. Not going to push it, but I at least have some of my sanity back. Will report back in down the road. And by the way, it's not your typical Hoka. Pretty narrow profile and fits more like a glove.

Much more narrow than my Machs I have. But I love these because my feet are really narrow. They are stiff but comfortable. Nice support.

I bought one pair to try and fell in love with them, so I bought another one in which I'll race, which - theoretically - that's what these shoes are for: racing. These are the best shoes I've run in in years! Thank you, Hoka One One!!

I wore my Carbon X for the 2019 NYC Marathon. They were perfect! Light, fast, no blisters, no tired feet and no tight calves. I had worn the for 2 long runs before the marathon, but I have to say I was surprise of how well my feet felt after the race. I ran 2019 Paris Marathon in April wearing the Clifton 5, which are my training shoes and my feet were very sore after the race. I'm so happy I found my marathon shoes which helped me got a PR!

Love Hoka!! My sister and daughter turned me on to Hoka. I bought the first pair after a first bout of plantar fasciitis at age 59, with the plush heel, which I love and helped so much. Picked up another pair. That was on sale. Then bought a pair my daughter wanted for her birthday. All within the last year.
