I love my Clifton 5's and wanted to try something a little different. The Rincon is narrow and long. I bought an 8.5, which is my normal size, but these squeezed my feet and because they were too long the wonderful arch support was in the wrong place and caused a lot of pain when walking.

I never received my order, payed extra for shipping too. Sent multiple emails, never heard back till I dispute the charge through PayPal. Funny how that got your attention. Anyway still haven't heard back or even an apology, really sucks because I own 6 other pairs of hokas and now I'm considering switching brands.

Piece of the sole broke off second day of wearing. Everyone raves about how sturdy the shoes are so I was excited to try them out. Completely disappointed.

Usually wear Cliftons but wanted to try something new, heard Rincon was similar in terms of support and cushion. Not even close, these do not support well at all, these gave me aches and pains I never had with Cliftons. Disappointed

Cannot tell how the shoes are because we placed the order they took our credit card information and charged our credit card but never placed the order for the shoes. Then after inquiring they said they could not ship them to us because they were now out of stock. Very bad way to deal with a customer. No communication until we called them and they would have just kept our money.

I was happy with my purchase as they were light weight and fit very well. But less than a month and half of wear, the sole tread started giving in. I never had any problem with sole tread before in any of my shoe purchases till date. This is the first for me. I am extremely disappointed in them. Didn't expect this from an expensive brand. I am not sure if Zappos will exchange these.

Fit and size ok. But for me a 5k runner was very discomfortable from the first day my left feet bend to my side right. And me ankle was sore at the time I finished my run. Thus pair of Hoka was my first. And I give them a second round . Today I stay at home with my left foot in discomfort and my knee really hurt. I suppose to stop at first try but I read many reviews about your feet need to get used to with the shoes. Not for my twice was more than enough!!! Now I’m waiting for feel a relief anfmd Star again with my old pals Kayano ascics.
I'd also recommend:

I couldn't remember what my last HOKA was thought it was Rincon. I have flat feet and need support, these didn't work at all.
I ordered Speed goat and they are great for me plenty of support and really grip the surface on long walks.
I order half a size larger than other shoes.

Seems to have made my knees achey. Can't return them due to over the 30 days. I bought in Feb 2020 but did not start to use them until Mid March. Took about 10 days for the acheness to start.

They were too narrow and I usually get M width. I had blisters on both feet at the ball of the feet on my first run. I should not have thrown away the box or else I would have returned them.

First thought when I tried on was shoes had fantastic cushioning, soft, and lightweight. So excited to try them. Problem was after about 20 yards, could feel shoes rubbing on arch and it was painful. Kept going but could hardly make it home with the blister pain. Used bandaids, sports bandages, etc. and nothing worked. Took over a week for blisters to heal they were so bad. So basically I can just wear Rincons to grocery store and other errands. Fit was good so issue not there, obviously just didn't work with my foot structure. Huge disappointment especially for the money.

I had previously bought the Bondi 6 model from Zappos and they felt like I was walking on air. I loved them! Unfortunately they ripped from the sole wishing 4 months and I bought the Rincon to save money. Not even close to the level of cushion of the Bondi. Pay the extra moment if you can and get the Bondi or stick with Brooks.

I did not feel comfort at all. I felt as though my legs were straining an had shin splints wearing this shoe. I bought this shoe because i struggle with knee problems and plantars faciatis. I wore one time and could not bring myself to put them back on. I did not feel the support in this particular shoe that I needed.
