Comfortable upper, great lock down feel with no slipping at the heel. Lightweight for faster runs, but also comfortable midsole for longer runs as well.
My only concern is after only about 22 road miles in then there is some significant wear under my midfoot of the outsole. So I'm not sure how miles I can expect to get out of the shoe since it's already showing wear at such a low mileage. That's the only negative I have on the shoe. Maybe if there was just a little bit more of the rubber under the midfoot.

I am a BIG fan of Hokas and will continue to be, but this particular style does not offer much support.

A weird fit. Seemed like shoe had nice cushioning. The length was fine, but the widest part of my foot hit in the instep area so it was actually too narrow. First time that’s ever happened.

These are some of the better looking Hokas I’ve had on my feet, but there is simply no arch support. Unfortunately, will be returning these for a different pair with more arch support.

Ran big, ordered half size larger fit fine. I love how light they are and they still have great support on the bottom. The sides are tearing however very soon. The toe box was too wide for me and the top by my toes creased when pulled tight. Called customer service and they were very helpful.

I love the quality and how light weight the shows are however I had some problems with blistering on the sides but f my feet. Not sure if the shoe style runs narrow or if I need to buy a wide.

I use these shoes everyday to get steps in and exercise. They are not as comfortable as the first pair I had. If I could send them back and reorder I would get a different style.

There was a bit too much room in the front toe area. Unfortunately there was not enough support for my ankle so my feet were moving about too much I'll try another one because I love that there's a good bit of cushioning available throughout .

Not cushioned enough for my arthritic knees and ankles - Returned for refund. Am spending the big bucks and trying the Bondi.

I bought these cushy shoes to hopefully reduce pain I was having in the ball of my foot. The first time I wore them, I started to get blisters because the inside was rough. I pulled out the insole and was shocked to see how paper thin it was. So then I bought superfeet insoles and cushy socks to help with the friction inside the shoe and complete lack of any arch support at all. Now I have worn these on 3 mile runs for the past couple of months and have decided I give up. These are too cushy. Hills are the worse, which I usually enjoy. I just do not enjoy running in these. I don't think I will buy running shoes that cannot be returned unless I know they are a pair I have bought in the past, or have tried on elsewhere. Feel like I am trying to run in water, but it did take care of the ball of foot pain.

the shoes fit fine on me (not narrow, not wide, not long) but I just did not like the way it felt when I test ran in them on my treadmill for 5 minutes at varying speeds - something about this design of wide soles made me feel wobbly and almost fell off my treadmill a few times. that's enough for me to send these back. I know that Hoka One Ones are meant to provide stability (esp downhill endurance), but it wasn't for me. Going back to my reliable brand (Brooks).

I have never had pain in the back of my knee from running until trying the Rincons. They lack the cushioning that Hokas are known for and 4 weeks later I'm still trying to undo the damage to my knee. I've been running for 40+ years and never had something like this. Be careful when trying these shoes! Please bring back Clifton 5s. These aren't a replacement shoe for them as suggested by your advice line.

Don't buy the Rincon, unless you want to throw money your away. Overall shoe design and durability are extremely poor. After less than 20 miles of mild walking and running, parts of hard rubber are already delaminating from the sole, and like other reviews mentioned the soft rubber are wearing down way too quick. I want my money back!

I have several Hoka One Ones. They are like walking on marshmallows. The Rincon is lightweight, great look. But, as others have said, there is too much fabric in the toe area which causes the mesh to bunch up. When I took them for a test drive in my house, I noticed that they slip on my heels. I went to Hoka One One's site and found that many of their styles come in a regular (not wide) width. Wish Zappos carried more of the regular width for women. I am normally a size 8. Not sure that going down a half size would solve my issue as they were simply too wide all over. Grateful for Zappos excellent customer service and return policy.

The shoe felt too wide and the toe box seemed "baggy" for lack of a better word.

I ordered these in the black and pink, I love the Clifton's and was really hoping these would work. The really like the style but wearing them all day my feet hurt after a hour. While sitting my feet would just fall asleep. The worse pain was in the medial heel where it felt like the cushion was missing. I wore the one pair yesterday thought socks were to thin so wore the other pair today with a thicker pair of socks and same thing. Returning them for the Clifton 6.

I am disappointed with my Ricons. I've had them all of 3 weeks and the sole is already breaking down. These were going to be my marathon shoes but they can't even hold up 3 weeks. it's too and because the fit is great.

Have worn these for training on normal surfaces and the bottoms are destroyed after only 180 miles. They are comfortable and lightweight but definitely not constructed for mileage. Disappointed. I contacted Hoka and they said this can be expected with these shoes.

First off...I only wear Hoka's. The Rincon appears to be an offshoot of the Clifton, exact same foot bed but more and looser material that allows your foot to move all over the place. The Clifton and now Rincon starts the arch support an inch too close to the heal. These will never NOT rub blisters in this spot. The old Clayton and Bondi did not have this issue. Back to shopping...

Heel is narrow, be warned. I have worn multiple pairs of Hoka One Ones over the years and most fit fine in my size 6.5, but this is my second pair that is so narrow in the heel it completely negates the cushioning. My feet hurt after running. I tried running a couple miles on these to see if they just need broken in but I will be returning these on the one month guarantee. Hopefully they can get some more uniform widths so that shopping online and buying new styles isn't such a shot in the dark. (Black and White color is more of a Black and Cream)
