Hard to tell if these are really as comfortable as some of the other reviewers have noted because they feel too big and I feel like I'm almost tripping over my own feet. And they keep squeaking!

I have a pair or Hokas that I love for hiking and walking. I thought these looked nice and would be great for everyday walking/jogging wear too. But every time I wore them I had terrible knee pain the next day. This style has no arch support at all which caused my feet to roll inward - this is not something I am normally prone to do. I tried several sizes as the Zappos fit system wasn't too accurate this time - go with your normal shoe size for Hokas. I liked the look and color of these shoes and the final fit was perfect. I really wanted to love them, but knee pain isn't worth it.

I stand for 9hrs a day and do extensive amount of walking and these shoes were great. After a week I couldn't tell the difference between them and my old tennis shoes. I purchased these at a suggestion pairs well with Bondi 6 on the website. I LVE the Bondi 6! And theres no comparisons when it comes to comfort and cushion. I learnt more is not always best even if it's discounted prices!

I wanted to love my hookas but was slightly disappointed. The size was a full size too large for my feet. They are light and easy to run in (even though a little too big).

I'm not completely sure of these yet. I walk/run four miles every day and my foot seems to be supinating more each day. I have the 30 day trial run so we shall see.

I have prior versions of Cliftons and this one did not work. The stitching on the side rubs my foot so I returned them. For the next version, can you add a nice medium grey color to the selection (accent with red)? Need another darker neutral color that matches black and blue clothing.

These run big. I wear 8.5 in regular shoes and expect to wear 9 - 9.5 in running shoes. Ordered 8.5.
I'm used to a heel to toe differential of 10mm and this 5mm just feels odd to me, somewhat like I'm rolling backward.
The sole is very bouncy which is also new for me. Maybe a bit too much. And I really don't like the styling at all - so wide at the midfoot. I'll stay with something a bit more sleek while I still can.
I've returned for Brooks Glycerin 18 which feel better to me and the style is preferable.
I'd also recommend:

Too expensive...found less expensive comparable shoe. To make this shoe fit, I would have to lace it almost to the full extent at the top over the arch.

The length of the shoe was a bit long, maybe a half size. But the width was way too wide and the shoe isn't available as Narrow.

Fit feels very wide, runs about a half size up. I’m used to ASICS and new balance and these feel great but I’m not used to the look of shoe soles looking so big. Looked better in the picture.

Like others have said, these do run about a half size big. Loved the look of these and they felt super comfy until I walked around a bit and noticed they were rubbing the inside of my arches. I have a narrow foot so perhaps my arches aren’t high enough. Bummer.

I wore Clifton 3's for several years and loved them. My feet aren't wide enough to need a wide but I do have arthritis in one big toe so I need a sneaker that doesn't flex much in that area and also has room for that joint, and my old Clifton's were perfect. Soles were wearing down so I ordered the 6's to replace them. They feel (and look) like a completely different shoe than my previous ones- I like the appearance better but I wore them around for an hour and my feet actually hurt around the arches and heel which was super strange and two toes on one of my feet were falling asleep- they were not tied tightly so I have no idea where the pressure was that was causing this but I"m so sad to have to return these. I'm hoping to find another Hoka style that works better for me.

I really liked the look, color, light weight and cushioning of the Clifton 6. However I will be returning because the inside midsole rubbed my arch. It irritated both the inside of my arch and the outside of my foot. The shoe comes in very narrow in the arch area. I have a low arch so that is probably why it rubs.

These are very comfortable, but unfortunately, they have a defect - whereby when I walk, they make a squishy squeaking noise that is so bothersome - I can't enjoy my nature walks, without hearing all this racket coming from the sole of my left shoe. I threw out the box, so now I can't return them. The only way to wear them, is if I have my airpods in, so I don't hear all the noise of my left shoe!

I wanted to love these. I'm so grateful for the 30 day run guarantee. I'm on the petite side and my foot just felt lost in this shoe, also had a hard time with the amount of cushion in the soles. It felt like I was running in a "bounce house". Maybe a larger frame would appreciate the extra cushion but it was causing me to trip and at times loose my balance. This brand and model were highly recommended for shin splint relief, absolutely agree there.

These were recommended to me to wear during recovery from bunion surgery. My bunion is gone, but the side of the shoe at that point presses painfully on the surgical site. This is 3 months post surgery. I'm going back to my Asics.

I researched plenty of brands of sneakers before giving the Hoka's a go. I have worn addias, nike, saucauny, brookes, asics, new balance, merrell to name a few. I really need something stable, that provides solid arch support. Stabliity wise, I think this hits it. However because the toe box is SO big you then lose all that security you feel with so movement up front. I drew the laces in at the toe, which helped some, but I was more than ready to get these off by the time I hit my 5.5 mile walking target. I have never returned a sneaker before, because I can usually get by with it. These I would have returned under their policy of 30 day guarantee, however I threw the box out and they require "original packing". I am going to try an insert and see if that helps with the toe box....

I walk two miles a day and was hoping this tennis shoe would relieve most of the pain for peripheral neuropathy that I deal with every day. I am not a diabetic but I do have nerve problems in my feet. So disappointed. The shoes were well made and I like them but they do not help my individual problem.
