This is the second pair of Brooks Addiction walkers I've ordered for my husband, which is saying a lot because he's been pretty dedicated to New Balance over the years. They seem to hold up very well for a guy that is really tough on shoes. We walk about 4-5 miles a day and he really likes these shoes. The first pair was a 9-1/2 but he thought maybe the 10 would be a better fit since he believes his feet have "grown" a bit with age. He wore them for a 4 mile walk right out of the box, so no breaking in needed.

Great comfort and support with these shoes. I wear for everyday and to walk in. They are extremely comfortable. I have very flat feet and these work well. Worth the money!

They fit like a glove. The velcro on the straps holds tight even against a lot of tension (the biggest problem I've had with shoes with straps).

I?m not a runner. These were bought as old man walking shoes. I was told to buy 1/2 size larger than my dress shoes. That was a mistake as I have to wear two pair of socks ?

I love the Glycerin. I had a total ankle replacement 4 years ago and am finally able to wear different shoes than I have for years. Will definitely be getting another pair soon.

My husband is a stroke survivor and these shoes were perfect for him. Good cushioning, plenty of room for his brace and easier to put on with the Velcro straps. I recommend these to anyone who has a disability.

My shoes have the squeaks! Went to local fleet feet and they suggested options to get the squeak out. Nothing has worked! Love the shoes but I am a teacher & the kids make fun of the squeaks! Was even considering buying a whole pair; but afraid to try it again.

Great pair of shoes for work, they look just like dress shoes but have the comfort of a good pair of tennis shoes. I wish the soles were a bit less flat and more contoured to my foot shape, but still a great pair of shoes!

I am 77 years old and not as active as I was most of my life. I bought this to give me more support than a slip-in while being quick on and off. If I were still very active, I would stick with the shoe strings so I could snug up for better support. But they are perfect for what I need, and they look better than the slip-ins.

This is my second pair of these shoes. The first pair that I bought, the sole peeled away from the toe on the left shoe, but that did not distract much from the fact that the shoe fits well and wears well. I bought the second pair as backup, before the tariffs kick in.

It is comfortable but a little hard at some corners. I would assume it will become flexible as I start using it. So far Iam good with the quality of the straps as well. Time will tell.

I love the look of the shoes. I use them for walking. Unfortunately, the shoe hurts my toes/ball of my foot and makes walking painful. I can't use them anymore because of the pain and swelling. The size is a 12W and it passes all the fit tests. I've had other model Brooks before and never had this problem.

Great shoe for walking (I'm 88). A big help in stabilizing me, standing or walking. The hook part of the vecro should extend a bit further so as to allow fastening the straps when loosened a great deal.
