I've been using these shoes as my everyday non-work shoes for more than five years. This is my third pair.

It's as great as the original Addiction walker. For the first few minutes the fit felt odd. but after just a little while walking, it had that good ol' Addiction walker incredible comfort. There's just something about it. Thank you Brooks!

Addiction Walker V-Strap 2, Size 11 2E: Purchased for my father-in-law to replace an older pair of Brooks Addition Walkers (lace up). He is 83 with Alzheimer's and it's getting difficult to lace up his shoes. The straps are very convenient and quick and he has commented on how well padded and comfortable the shoes are. The 2E width is just right for him.

I have had never had a strap down shoe. This is very comfortable and just what I needed to rehab from knee surgery!

Very comfortable, and the Velcro straps eliminate the annoyances of loose or worn shoe laces. It remains to be seen whether the Velcro wears out over time and loses its grip.

This is my second pair of this shoe. I still have my first pair which are black and now I have this second pair which is white. I bought this style shoe for convenience, comfort and ease in putting them on and off. As a walking shoe they are excellent but I'm not a runner so I can't comment on this kind of use. However, my experience with the shoes would suggest that they wouldn't be a good runners shoe.

I have been wearing Brooks shoes for quite a while now. They are comfortable and the size is right on for me.

I have been wearing these shoes for years. They are the only shoes (sneakers) that I am aware of that are available with straps or shoe laces. I always buy the shoes with straps. They are an excellent buy.

these are very comfortable and sturdy shoes. I had to get a larger size than I originally ordered. (I had an old pair that I copied but my feet are larger). I walk a mile each day and alter back and forth between the two pairs. They are very cozy. It is very hot out right now and I expect that when it cools down they will be even better.
