Shoes came in a box which was not correct size for what I ordered. Shoes inside exhibited the correct size and width but felt a full size too small. In addition the shoes looked like they had been worn, the laces looked twisted as if they'd been previously tied. There were small stones imbedded in the soles which looked like the shoes had been worn out of doors. I still would like to have the Brooks Addiction Walkers 2 in the correct size which would likely be an 11 wide, but Zappos only offered me smaller sizes.

I finally found the right size for this shoe after months of frustration. It was a full size up and I had to go down a width. It would be nice to have the option of getting several sizes at once and only pay for what isn't returned. It still didn't feel like hugged my foot like the previous version and it was hard as a rock. I think they took out some cushioning in this version. I need much more cushioning along with stability and support, which is a very difficult combination to find. Really sad these won't work.

I've been wearing the original Brooks Addiction Walker for years and loved them. This updated model #2 is narrower, tighter, and no longer fits well with my custom RX orthotics. (Even after ordering 1/2 size up as suggested by Zappos). The tongue isn't leather all the way up like the original model. The sole is rock hard, making my calves ache after one hour of walking and standing. The leather is thinner and stiffer compared to the original Brooks. I'm using a ball and ring stretcher around the narrower toe area to make these wearable. I'd gladly pay extra $$ for the original model again. The only positive thing is that this is a steady shoe with good ankle stability.

The only problem is the sole at the toe has separated from the shoe the first week

This shoe was recommended to me by my physical trainer. I ordered size 5.5 B. After wearing the shoe twice, I realized I should have returned it for a smaller size. An expensive mistake!

Had to buy narrow. Hope they stretch out. These shoes are ugly. They look like special needs shoes. Do something so I don’t look so stupid! You sell inserts.

Good show for pronation but why is it so ugly! I feel like I’m special needs or something. Fix it!

They feel stiff, and the look is very boxy. I was hoping they would be a little dresser looking.

Stiff leather

I bought this exact shoe in a size 8.5 N. The shoe you shipped was that same size but did not fit the way the old ones do. I noticed it was made in another country and they have changed the sizing. I am extremely sad that the quality of this brand has dropped to that low of a quality.

Fit great but wish you had some more stylish shoes for narrow width

Fit and size are great but they're not very stylish, I have narrow feet and they don't have any "stylish & cool" shoes for narrow feet
