They seem to be well made structurally, but they SQUEAK LOUDLY with every step. I thought it was the insole, but it is actually the upper where the tongue and laces of the shoe are. People can hear me coming down the hall at work. Could use more cushion/padding on the sole.

Brooks shoes were recommended to me by my podiatrist years ago for plantar fasciitis. Ive been wearing them ever since so that I can walk relatively pain free.

I have worn the addiction walker for years and they were perfect. The new design with the roll bar causes supination and is quite painful. I have read other complaints with the new design and wonder why you are letting your ego out way common sense. Bring back the old design or have both and see which sells better.

I have been buying from Brooks for my work shoes for six years. My feet needs a large toebox. I have a wide feet. Brooks hands down makes the best most comfortable shoe I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. This year I decided to try a couple other brands. I know I sound like an infomercial, but its very very true. Time and money for no reason I had to send the others back. Went back to Brooks. This shoe is the best Im on my feet all day, and I have a Wi-Fi. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever had the pleasure of wearing definitely worth every cent. thank you Brooks you have saved my life on my feet and my feet. Thank you!

Excellent walking shoe. I was able to buy 2 pairs back to back so Ive been walking about 25 miles a week in them for about 18 months. Theyre very supportive. Never had any pain while walking. Im disappointed its not available in my size in white right now.

I just had a torn quad tendon repair in July and am still healing. These are my second pair of Brooks. I am sold. Wont purchase another brand. These help me with fair and posture. Thanks for making a quality walking shoe. I bought a half a size up. Perfect fit and support! Bought them in white and will buy a second pair in black.

My first thought was it was a little heavy, but after wearing them one day, they feel amazing. My legs and feet didnt hurt. Our boss is thinking about getting them for all the employees, because we need to have slip resistant shoes. Thank you Brooks they feel amazing.

Purchased these hoping theyd be better than my Hokas and they werent. I have a wide foot and was looking forward to trying their extra wide size as Hoka doesnt offer it in womens sizes. The toe box was too narrow for me and squished my foot anyway. Even the normal wide with Hoka was better fitting than these. They also felt awkward to walk in when I tested them at home, so unfortunately this shoe was a no go for me.

I had to purchase these shoes for work. Overall they were okay but they were very heavy shoes. I have had Brooks before and did not have that problem. Maybe the leather made the shoes heavy? Besides that the shoe was more narrow than expected.

This is why I delete the emails. Too demanding. The company should look at what is purchased. This is a work shoe. Questions arent relevant

This newer tread design gets jam packed with everything you step in (hopefully not mud or dog doo, you'll NEVER get it clean). Really hard on flooring, especially hard wood flooring.

Unfortunately this shoe was only available in a half size up from my size, and it was just a little too big and loose, even with winter socks. It was only available in black, and with no color relief even on the sole, I found them ugly and clunky looking when I tried them on.

This model is just as comfortable as past ones. The only things I dislike are that the upper is a mix of materials and not all leather as in the past and they squeak while walking. Please go back to the all leather upper.

I thought these would be softer and more leather-like. The material is hard and hurts my toes. I dont wear them.

As a mail carrier this is one of the best for an all day in your feet job. Always preferred a wide(d) size 8.

I have been buying the Brooks Addiction Walker for too many years to count. It's been awhile since I replaced my worn pair, and I was a bit disappointed in my most recent pair. They are comfortable walking shoes. However, they are advertised as being leather like my many previous pairs. I dare say, they seem to be mostly vinyl. The toe area may possibly be leather. But the rest of the "upper" is not. It is vinyl/plastic. The shoes are such a bright white vinyl that I am sure they are visible from outer space. Again, comfortable walking shoes. They are not cheap in price. But they have a cheap look now with the materials used. Had I known they were really plastic, I never would have bought them and I won't make that mistake again.

These shoes were very comfortable, they are not slip resistant, brought them to my workplace and tried them out for 5 minutes, slid all over the place. I so wanted these to work out.

I loved them at first. Ive been having trouble getting shoes that fit so I wore them around the house a few days before trying them outside. they were a tad stiff, but at home, it seemed ok . I was able to do a lot of chores that required standing and walking. I thought I finally found something I can wear other than the one pair of sneakers that are never in stock. then i wore them out snd walked a few blocks. after a while my feet and legs were killing me. I am soooo disappointed

Brooks addition was recommended by a poditrist. I been wearing them for years with an orthotic insert. Wish you get that insert instead of the cheap liner.
