I love these - better than expected! Im trying to thwart pronation in one foot, and these work great, I can tell a big difference. I wouldnt be able to run/jog in them (too stiff), but I walk about 5mi a day and they are fantastic for that. I do also use store bought orthotics w them.

Feels fine. Fits fine. Shoes squeaks when walking and running. Annoying! How come? How can I mke them stop squeaking?

I bought white Walker 2 in size 9 E and I must say that these are THE MOST comfortable shoes Ive ever owned! I find excuses to wear them all the time and match my outfit to do just that.

Good but not great. I purposely waited 6 months to write this review so that I can be as honest as possible. This shoe is good but not the best. I'm looking to see if I can find another shoe to help with my pain since this doesn't totally relieve my pain. I stand long hours on my feet in an outpatient clinic and I was hoping for this shoe to greatly relive my pain to like a 3/10 but even with this shoe my pain is still a 6/7 out of 10 especially after standing for the whole day. I am very flat footed and have a low arch so that's why I was excited to buy this shoe. I'm not saying it doesn't work, I'm just saying its not as effective for my feet. I'll just keep looking for another shoe. Hope this helps somebody.

Theyre not a pretty shoe but great for work

Im a veterinarian and on my feet all day. These shoes are great for foot support and protection.

They arent slip resistant and they are heavy.

I've worn Addiction Walkers for 4 years. Great shoe. But the latest one I ordered didn't fit as well, same size, but they seemed to be loose. And I knew a smaller size would not be big enough. I would recommend the shoe to anybody. I wear them to stand/walk, not run.

These shoes really help my foot pains.

I have been buying these for several years, they are not what they used to be. What happened to these shoes, the quality just isnt there anymore.

Perfect walking shoe. Passes the Walt Disney World I wish they still had fast passes test. All the fit and support of a running shoe but doesnt look like it just came off a marathon

Im a walker with narrow feet. I love the Brooks Walker 2. Perfect fit.

These are the best shoes Ive owned. I have arthritis in my hips and the support they give really make a difference. I wish Id found them sooner.

I was looking for a good walking shoe that was sturdy enough to stand up to some light hiking. I have narrow feet, so my choices are limited. This shoe comes in 2A, so I decided to give it a try. I wear a 9 1/2 2A, so I ordered this shoe the first time in a 10 2A. That pair was too short for I reordered for a 10 1/2 2A. Those felt good length-wise, though there was a little slipping at the heels. The shoes felt sturdy and somewhat stiff, but generally good on my feet. However, I ended up sending the 10 1/2 pair back as well, mostly because even though they seemed pretty good, they didn't seem good enough for the price and I decided my Brooks Ghost running shoes that are too worn for running would work for light hiking. Frankly, I felt the black Addictions were not attractive at all. For a person working as someone who walks or stands all day I could see them being a good option. Maybe for someone in their 20's or 30's who could get by with looking cute in big, black shoes. Or maybe if white were available? But, they looked too much like "grandma shoes" for a 66 year old who actually is a grandma! I appreciate Brooks return policy and would highly recommend Ghost shoes for runners/walkers with narrow feet.

Comfortable enough shoe. Was looking for a shoe to help with plantar fasciitis. These shoes did not make situation worse. But soles were very stiff/ inflexible. Felt like I had a board on my foot. Im used to Brooks running shoes so these were very different. I could not get used to them and so I returned them.

Good fit and good support. Im a walker and walk a lot on uneven surfacesgood support and cushioning is essential.

Ive been wearing the Brooks white Leather Addiction shoes for almost ten years. I pronate and these were recommended by our foot doctor. No more leg cramps and they feel so good when Im on my feet all day.

I bought these for my 93 year old grandmother. She was having trouble with every shoe she tried, changing shoes sometimes 5 or more times a day. Since getting these, shes been able to wear them all day long and I am super happy that we found the perfect shoe for her! She has regained her ability to be active and I love that for her!
