I bought this shoe at my local Runner's store. They made a point of telling me that they are a running store, not a walking store. When I said I was looking for a waterproof sneaker for walking, the salesperson brought me the Addiction 2 Walker :) I haven't walked on a wet surface yet, so am hoping the comments about it not being slip resistant don't apply to outdoor concrete. The toebox is narrower than I would expect for a bunion-friendly design, but they are comfortable so far. I took off another star because the sole is thick and clunky. I have to be careful when going downstairs that I don't trip.

These shoes were stiff over the top of my foot and tighter across the toe than I would have expected for a wide shoe. I'm returning them.

Ordered these shoes based off reviews from others. There are a mix of reviews on this shoe. I am a true size 11. Some reviews suggested that the toe box was narrow and it is. So I ordered a wide. The wide for this shoe feels like a normal shoe, not wide. However, they were still comfortable on my feet. Again, I am a true size 11 but my toe was still at the top and rubbing the front when I walked. Had to return and I purchased an 11.5 wide. This should work considering the length of shoe was the real problem. Not sure what to recommend for people with wide feet. Would suggest the extra wide.

The stiff structure of the shoe hurt my foot. I bought these shoes in white, thought they would be good due to additional stability built into shoe, however, after wearing them for several walks, I found them to be very uncomfortable so am returning the black pair I ordered.
I'd also recommend:
Munro, Naot, Asics

I loved the roominess of the Wide option. Two things I really disliked - the weight of the shoes, theyre heavy and have zero cushion! Which I thought was odd because theyre Walking shoes and you would think those two specific things shouldnt be an issue.

I bought these for walking, not running. The shoe is sturdy and stable and good for this wintery time of year because they do not get wet on the inside. My foot feels secure and supported. My only wish is that there were more styles and colors for a narrow foot.

i got the brooks size 6 in wide and it's really good! I'm a nursing student and I'm on my feet a lot for school and clinical. They're comfy and adds stability. They're a little off white compared to the photos that are shown online which is why I gave it 4 stars. They had a slight eggshell tint to them when I expected them to be an even classic white.

These are great shoes. I've had issues with my feet, but I can work an 8 hour shift with no problems with these.

Unfortunately I had to return these. Size 9 narrow. They were too short in the footbed and crunched my toes. They also were not particularly comfortable, the shoes were stiff and bulky.

I purchased Addiction Walker 2 to have a shoe that is supportive for my plantar faciitis. I have been wearing them for my twice daily one mile walks for the last week and they are as expected, both supportive and comfortable. I would recommend them for others suffering with this condition. In addition the insole is removable so you can put in your orthotics if needed. I did need to get a larger size 8.5 Wide in this shoe to get the amount of extra toe room that I need for a bunion; normally I wear a 7.5 or 8 Wide in New Balance.
