I finally wore my new pair of shoes and am pleased to say that I think they will work for me. I agree with the others who reported that the toe box is not as wide in this shoe and I had to remove the padding in order to make room for my orthotic so there is a difference in the fit of this shoe. And this was the first time I had worn them and at least on this first day I am relieved that I can still order this shoe to support my feet each day until it is time to order another pair. Great for plantar fasciitis and tendonitis.

Does not seem to be as well made as the original Brooks Addiction walker which I found effective, attractive and sturdy. The key element that I find disappointing is the seam on top of the front toe box. This seam is likely to cause problems and I cannot understand why anyone would deliberately design the top this way! A second negative feature is the that overall the shoe feels less sturdy.

Not as comfy as my Ariels. Seems a little wide. Leather uppers are warmer than Ariel mesh uppers this time of year. Once weather is just a little warmer, I am back to my Ariels.

Feels good on my daily walk but looks really clunky, more so than my original Addiction Walker.

Felt large. Didn't like the rubber backing on the heel.

Love the Addiction Walker 2. I bought them for work since I am on my feet walking 7-10 hours a day and I needed a good walking shoe and these are perfect. I highly recommend and will purchase again when I wear these out.

I bought these shoes because I have a current health condition that makes my gait unsteady. As soon as I put on the shoes, I felt like my feet were cradled and supported far more than other good shoes I had tried. They easily accommodate my insole inserts. The shoes are true to size and width and are flexible to allow good foot motion while reducing foot fatigue. The leather is high quality making it a handsome shoe that is appropriate for work, the gym or casual use.

Ive bought these shoes for years to work in. Im thankful I found them as I dont think I could work without them!

These are the only type of shoes that I can walk with.

I like the fact that the top of the shoe is constructed with leather and not nylon mesh. Much warmer in the winter. Thanks for offering this style in narrow. Very hard to find.

This is my second pair of Addiction Walker 2. I walk 2 miles every day in these shoes and after about a year the heels wore out so I had to buy another pair. They are extremely comfortable - they are supportive for my plantar fasciitis and have a good amount of cushion. I recommend them for anyone who is on their feet a lot in addition to using them as a walking shoe. They run small so make sure you measure your feet; I normally wear a 7 1/2 and these are an 8 1/2 wide.

I like the support the sneakers give you.I am not fond of the leather as it is to hard sometimes.

I wear these exact shoes have wore 2 pair out . I work in a warehouse and my feet couldn't make it without these shoes.
