I have been buying these for several years, they are not what they used to be. What happened to these shoes, the quality just isnt there anymore.

Perfect walking shoe. Passes the Walt Disney World I wish they still had fast passes test. All the fit and support of a running shoe but doesnt look like it just came off a marathon

Shoes are very comfortable for my wide feet. In fact, this was the first pair of shoes that did not compress my feet at all.

Great walking shoe. Excellent support and very comfortable. I've been wearing the Brooks Addiction Walker for many years now. It's well worth the cost.

I ordered a narrow size and they are perfect, comfortable and supportive. I use them as a walking shoe. Thank you Brooks!

These are the best shoes I?ve owned. I have arthritis in my hips and the support they give really make a difference. I wish I?d found them sooner.

I had to exchange for a half size larger and wide. I'm not sure if this was because of the shoe or my feet because I have gained a little weight recently but my toes were scrunched at the top in my usual size 10. The 10.5 wide is much more comfortable.

I have had several pairs (sequentially) of the all-calfskin black and white. When I bought and used the suede ones this summer, I was not happy with the flatter toe box since the walker is too firm a shoe to wear with lightweight summer socks. I would really like to see another color or two available to women in the calfskin shoe - like I think you did for men.

Comfortable enough shoe. Was looking for a shoe to help with plantar fasciitis. These shoes did not make situation worse. But soles were very stiff/ inflexible. Felt like I had a board on my foot. I'm used to Brooks running shoes so these were very different. I could not get used to them and so I returned them.

The shoe is very stable side-to-side and cushioned, which relieves knee pain. However, it feels clunky and hot on the foot. If the sole were more flexible under the ball of the foot, a more natural gait would be possible. If the vamp were vented, they would be cooler. Style-wise, a less sneaker-y upper, approximating an old-time Oxford, would be *much* better.

I have been wearing the original Addiction shoes for 20 years and they were wonderful. The Addiction 2 is a big disappointment. There is no arch support and they are not as comfortable as the original Addiction. I had to return them. Please go back to the original design and I will order them all the time. Right now I have to look for a different brand that will accommodate the fit I need.

Seems comfortable for my plantar and the shoes didn't look as bulky as imagined which was great! Not sure if the toe box is a little narrower than other shoes or if I now take a wide instead of medium. Returning for the wide. Wish they'd come in blue.

I was looking for a good walking shoe that was sturdy enough to stand up to some light hiking. I have narrow feet, so my choices are limited. This shoe comes in 2A, so I decided to give it a try. I wear a 9 1/2 2A, so I ordered this shoe the first time in a 10 2A. That pair was too short for I reordered for a 10 1/2 2A. Those felt good length-wise, though there was a little slipping at the heels. The shoes felt sturdy and somewhat stiff, but generally good on my feet. However, I ended up sending the 10 1/2 pair back as well, mostly because even though they seemed pretty good, they didn't seem good enough for the price and I decided my Brooks Ghost running shoes that are too worn for running would work for light hiking. Frankly, I felt the black Addictions were not attractive at all. For a person working as someone who walks or stands all day I could see them being a good option. Maybe for someone in their 20's or 30's who could get by with looking cute in big, black shoes. Or maybe if white were available? But, they looked too much like "grandma shoes" for a 66 year old who actually is a grandma! I appreciate Brooks return policy and would highly recommend Ghost shoes for runners/walkers with narrow feet.
