I have always ordered Brooks Addiction Walkers in a size nine. I found this new iteration to be a half size shorter.

Finally a narrow width shoe that is actually a narrow. I have double A width feet with triple A width heels. Very difficult to find shoes. My heel still lifts slightly but not nearly like other ???narrow??? shoes.

I owe three pairs of sneakers and Im very happy with them however that is my first leather one and I dont really care for them that much. They feel heavy and two loose even though I ordered the same size that I ordered before. After couple weeks of wearing them they started to squeak hopefully that will go away.

This is the first time Ive bought the leather version. Ive been wearing Brooks Addiction for several years and love the wide toe and the heel thats narrow enough not to slip on my narrow heels. The leather version, not surprisingly, is a bit stiffer than the suede/cloth but still very comfortable. I replace the insole with my custom orthotics, which may be why the shoes feel a little warm after several hours.

These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear Brooks Ariel for motion control, but these feel just the same. I like that they're all white so I can wear them with just about anything when I go on a cruise later this Spring.

I was on the USA made website and thought these were made in America and so I ordered them. When they arrived, it said made in Taiwan. I was not happy about this but as I needed shoes badly, I kept them. They fit fine and look fine, however, they are extremely warm. I will probably not order another pair.

I don't run, I walk on city streets. I have an extremely wide and relatively short foot and these in size 7-1/2 WW are the closest fit you offer. I still have to take them to the shoemaker to be stretched. My foot fits into a SAS men's 6WW or WWW but all of those are too open. Yours keep my feet warm but still pressure my toes. Support is good but I add custom supports too.

Very comfortable and the arches just at right places. I have worn the shoes for about 3 weeks and the inside feels kind of worn already, I would have liked it to be lasting a long time. I can feel the cushy feeling is not there at all.

The toe box is roomy, like I need. However the heel is not tight enough. Also, the shoes squeak as I take each step. The outside upper material does not look like leather.

Actually I am not a runner but a very active 78 year old with a badly injured foot. Comfort and 'support are imperative to me and my podiatrist approved and was very complimentary of this shoe. I am able to wear orthotics inside them. This makes probably my 12th pair over the years and I never wear anything else. If you have foot trouble and don't want to wear ugly shoes this is the answer for you.

These shoes fit what I needed. A good-looking walking shoe that could accommodate my custom orthotic. The fact that they are well-constructed and comfortable right out of the box is really a plus.

Brooks army "go to"sneakers especially when I have to walk long distance on cobblestones or uneven surfaces. The support for all day is the best. This pair after reading other reviews was advised to order 1/2 size up. I am glad I did as the fit is perfect from the moment they were worn. Highly recommend these sneakers for your walking pleasure.

My first pair of Brooks shoes were well-made & quality shoes but felt more narrow than New B. shoes that I usually wear. Shoes were too long-need to try a half-size smaller.

At first shoe was very hard to get on. I have problems with my back which made it very hard to get shoe on. It is getting better. Many people said shoe squeaked, mine do not. The shoe is quit different from old addiction walker. I wish you hadn’t changed.

I wore the shoes (outside) TWICE. The material is hard, and not comfortable.at all. There is no absorption in the soles. It's like walking on car tires, ie, hard rubber. I'm a senior and I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe for my morning walks... This isn't it. I'll have to find someone to give them to or donate them to charity.

I ordered the Brooks Addiction after the recommendation from my podiatrist. However, after trying them on and wearing around the house for a couple hours with orthotics, my feet went numb and were extremely painful. They were sent back in the mail and I ordered Adrenaline GTS 22, which have been working good so far.

Well-made shoes. Good room in the toe box; I was able to use my custom orthotic. Look of the leather was nice. While I liked them, I decided I’d prefer black shoes so I returned them and ordered the same shoe in black.
