my comments about the fit are based on my knowledge to order a half size larger than foot measures in Brooks Addiction, and now with custom orthotics I order a full size longer.

I have 2 pair of Brooks shoes which I use whenever I will be on my feet for a bit of time and or have to walk a little. Got these leather to possible wear in Alaska maybe in damp weather but they seem a little heavy and clunky, of course, comparing to the more athletic styles, Ghost, and Adrenaline. I am 81 years old.

Love! They do not need to be broken in they are sooo comfortable from Day 1. I love that they can be used for exercise or also for a casual stroll. Ill be taking them on my Europe trip.

Too small. Been waiting 2 weeks for return label to be mailed. Return labels should be included. At least with a first time purchase. No printer

No support. No comfort. Very disappointed with this shoe. Used custom inserts and it was still awful. Wish I could get a refund.

I don't run in these shoes, but I have been wearing them for a number of years. I have custom orthotics that help with foot pain. They last a very long time and are very comfortable for me.

I love Brooks. These shoes are not my favorite Brooks, but they get the job done. I'm a transit driver and wanted the stiff soles and sneaker comfort these shoes provide. My only complaints are the soles are rather slick and the shoes squeak a bit. I think these shoes are generally marketed to older folks who might find the slickness a liability. When I come in from outside and the soles are wet, I have zero traction on the tile floor in my building lobby. LikeZERO traction, even when I wipe my feet thoroughly. If my shoes are wet, I won't have traction on bike pedals either. I bought these shoes so they could transition from work to workout/bike commute, and they do that reasonably well, but beware that you could slide across the floor and potentially fall if your shoes are wet. And they squeak. I've been happy with all my other Brooks purchases and love that their workout clothes are size inclusive.

These sneakers look like nurse’s shoes. They’re comfortable but not the style I want.

I did not realize these sneakers are full grain leather. I prefer non-leather shoes, so I did not even try them on. I only chose one star because I can’t send this explanation for return if I don’t write a review. Maybe you could add an option for people to just say why they are returning shoes. I’m sure the shoes are well made, but I can’t review shoes I haven’t even tried on!

Have used this style for over 20 yrs--need the extra toe space! I don't run, just use for every day use. Newer ones seems to have more "rubbery" feel, rather the leather. Still recommend for older adults that need row space.

While these shoes were very stiff to begin with, they are very comfortable now. I also like the fact that Brooks offers a narrow shoe, a definite plus for me. For that reason, I have been wearing Brooks sneakers for nearly ten years.

I use this shoe as a mail carrier and it's perfect material for my job but it definitely lacks some comfort. I thought it would be a little more comfortable being that it is a running shoe. Would buy it again for work purposes.

Most comfortable pair of Brooks that I own. Fit is just right. Excellent support and cushion. Roomy for my toes. The only drawback is the leather is quite squeaky! But I will take the squeaks if they come with this level of comfort.

Love the way the shoe fits and feels. Wish it looked better, has a plastic look. Need shoes for work that are solid black so this is my only option.

I have the Ghost 15 that fit me great. These fit a little too narrow at the front. A little "pinchy". Nice quality shoes and good looking but had to return because they felt too small.

I couldn't get my toes in the open hold & bviously the feet didn't go in the shoe. The computer said to order 1 size larger but the sales girl said it wasn't true--one only needed half a size larger--even one size larger would still be too small. She also said the width would accomodate my foot problems--again not at all true. I am presently trying to see if my local shoe repair sore will be able to stretch them enough--but that's a big if!

Best work shoes I've purchased yet. As a server, I'm on my feet all day. With these I don't have pain in my heels that I do with other shoes. Great support and fit!
