The width size is misleading and wide is really not that wide. The sizing runs a little smaller. It's a very snug fit.

Too snug, both in length and width. I can only wear a few brands to handle my wide feet and usually get frustrated when I try to branch out. These were 4E, which is a bit wider than I need if sizes were uniform (they are not), but they were tight.
I'd also recommend:
Dunham, New Balance, Propet

The fit is just okay—very snug. The shoes squeak a lot when I walk, and they don't offer much insulation from the cold. Despite appearing to be leather, they are porous, so the cold comes right into the shoe. They are also pretty stiff, and they don't cushion the impact of a step at a rapid walking pace. I don't plan to purchase these again.

The shoe is very comfortable, except it's not really slip-resistant. I work in a restaurant, and this outsole, unfortunately, does not maintain grip. It was almost like ice skating. I bought these for work so it's a shame that I can't use them.

They comfortable, but gave me back problems. I have been wearing Addiction Walkers for over 20 years and have been very happy with them, but Addiction Walker 2 is somehow different in how it impacts my back.

Ok shoe. Nothing great. Not very much cushioning. Squeaks when you walk (loud).

Not the greatest fit, which surprised me since I've owned several other types of Brooks shoes & always found the fit/comfort great. Buying shoes online sure isn't the way to go.

I started wearing my new Brooks walkers four months ago. I have enjoyed them overall. They are comfortable and supportive. The only concern is that the toe flap on the right shoe is pulling loose. This is disappointing and concerning. Seems like the quality is not as advertised.

Shoe feels tight. Otherwise it is comfortable. I am using it as my regular all day shoe.

These were nice but i ultimately returned due to styling and lack of breathable material on the upper. I want something that I can wear all day being on my feet that doesn't look like im gonna workout or run, but it's a bit more casual smart and can go to work in.

I wear narrow width, but these were a little too narrow from the ball of the foot through the toes. I compared them to my usual New Balance and could see this slight difference in width. Also the leather is pretty stiff. I returned them.

Ok this is the third pair of this walking shoe I've purchased but I noticed I was slipping a little on wet surfaces outside. Then I saw the design of the sole has changeda lot. Wish they had maintained the old design , as I never had that issue with previous walkers in the same make. I guess in future I will ask to see the sole before purchasing, or look at different models.. although the trend seems to be geared more to running shoes now . You could consider there's a large number in the senior market looking for good walking shoes.

This pair of shoes fits fine, but is not as comfortable as my first pair which had the hush puppy look. Not sure if the hush puppy style, the material was more flexible, than this style which is a leather shoe.

It's a nice looking shoe, but the sole doesn't have enough traction for snow and ice. That's what I was looking for.

Bought 13s because that the size shoe I've worn for 15 yrs now but this pair was to small. It felt like I was cramming my feet into size 12s

It's kind of funny to be doing a review since I returned the shoes after 10 minutes. They seemed comfortable enough, but the material feels and looks cheap, and they make NOISE. As different parts of the shoe move against each other they squeak like crazy. This design needs work!

Not a fitting shoe for standing on your feet. I need another type of comfortable shoe. Or a sock that supports the shoe as well..

Good fit/look but they are already starting to fall apart after only 2 weeks or so of wear-Reading the comments it seems others have had the same problem with the toe separating on these shoes

They are OK. Not great like my Ghost runners. I use these for work, and I expect they will last quite a while. I'll need to buy a pair oh Ghost 15 before my next convention though.

I walk my dog 2 miles each day. I wanted a warmer shoe for our winter walks, and this shoe is definitely warmer than my summer Brooks Addiction. In fact, sitting inside in 70 degrees, my feet feel moist. This shoe may be too hot to wear in the spring and summer, especially in the sun. I am thinking of adding a few small vent holes. I actually prefer the Addiction Walker in brown suede, but it has been unavailable for a while.
