Fell apart in less then 2 months. Had to return 2 pair of these and giving up on them. Wore holes through material in the cheap uppers, on top, and around foot opening?these are definitely not made as good as they used to be. Materials used now are terrible, cheap. But cost of them has soared. Think I?ll look at other brands, which I?m disappointed in doing, cus I liked the extra arch support and wide options and have been loyal customer for years and years. Looks like all their shoes have been getting reviews just like this unfortunately.

I've had 3 pairs of these shoes two of which I had to return due to the collar disintegrating. The 3rd pair I used fabric glue and some sewing to stop the tearing. That worked for about two months but now they look horrible and are totally falling apart. It's really upsetting because due to tendonitis and feet that supponate, there are very few shoes I can wear and these were comfortable. Don't know what I'm going to do since this seems to be happening with other addiction shoes.

Terrible drop in quality. Insoles flimsy and uncomfortable, worn through in 6 mos. All the cushioning and support that I have always loved about Brooks over many years has disappeared. Made the mistake of buying two pairs due to past happiness. Huge waste of money for an inferior product. Broke my heart- bye bye Brooks!

Started with the Addiction 13 strictly for walking and they felt great but after a month both shoes began to fall apart on the top near the inside of the ankle. I took these back to the Brooks Trailhead store in Seattle and exchanged for the Addiction 14 and less than a month later it is happening again. I've been wearing Brooks shoes for over a decade and have always found them to be high quality but this is the fourth pair in a year that have started to fall apart within only a month of wearing. I feel the quality has gone downhill. I will likely be taking this most recent pair back as well and seeking out another brand unfortunately.

Not comfortable or supportive for my flat feet. Loved the Addiction a few years ago but not anymore.

I love them they are very comfortable my bunions don't even know they are there I still have my old pair which are well over 10 years I think and they are still comfortable I am not running with them just walking or using them as everyday shoes. Keep up the good work and thanks for asking about them

I purchased the Addiction 14 and it is very uncomfortable to my flat feet. I do not know what it is, but I have worn these shoes for 2 weeks and they are no more comfortable now, then when they first arrived. I have had the Addition several years ago and no problems. My last Brooks were the Adrenaline GTS20 and they are very comfortable and supportive. Next purchase will be the Adrenaline.

terrible insoles are way too thin compared to the addiction 13 no arch support at all need to bring back the addiction 13

Foot not held in place - have narrow heel and wide forefront.

Very hard shoes. Not comfortable at all.

I've been running in Brooks for decades. I never thought I had wide feet and my two previous old Brooks running shoes are the same width as their new double EE now - which are too roomy through the middle. But the D width is too narrow. I'm a size 6 ladies / 3.75. So sad. Not sure what happened in their manufacturing and design. And the colors are so drab now. Sigh..
