Awesome shoes! I have a very narrow fit, and this are perfect! I’ve never owned a pair of athletic shoes that have fit properly. Excellent product! Excellent quality! Will buy again.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Nice amount of width in the toe box. My new go to brand for shoes that I can wear all day long.

An outstanding walking shoe. Use for 4+ miles most days. Work well with orthotics. Last long. No complaints. A rare quality product these days. Hope they don't change them! Bought a second pair. Worth the money IMO. I have a really hard time finding good shoes that work with my orthotics and last with my walking routine without the back ripping out so check these out if you are in the same boat!

Perfect fit! Very comfortable with my orthotic inserts! I would recommend these to anyone with foot issues if you walk a lot.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks and New Balance are great if you have foot issues!

I love brooks. I get them in men's because most women shoes always rub my Achilles tendon. I also have a condition that requires me to wear a shoe with more support, Addiction gives me that support.

Only shoe I wear. 71 years old. FitBit stats: walked over 30 million steps; 38,000 flights of stairs (passed the space station); 14,500 miles; 100 days short of 5 straight years (rain/sleet/snow/shine) without missing a day. Gone through approximately 50 pair of Addictions. All this started approximately 6 months after knee-replacement surgery. Can't wear anything else-or won't. Would never give up a great thing. My wife also wears Brooks-several different styles. Thank you Brooks!

My shoe size on a Brannock Device is 10 1/2 B but I needed a 12B in these shoes - same size as I've had to go to in some New Balance shoes previously. This is the first time I've tried Brooks instead of New Balance. The fit across the upper part of tongue is uncomfortably tight even after loosening the lacing across that part. Today I took the strings out of the second hole down (now in the third holes down) and that seemed to help. I may also try different insoles to see if that helps. Other than that I do like them but will probably go back to New Balance next time around.
I'd also recommend:

These shoes were just what I needed for walking on concrete floors all day at work. Comfy, lightweight.
Unfortunately, somehow the plastic piece inside the front of the toe box cracked, it seems, and cut open the outer so now I have a hole in the big toe area. No longer usable for work. This after less than six months.

I'm an RN that spends a lot of time walking: I cover 4 buildings, and walk an enormous distance (and of course stand a lot) on my shift. This cannot be overstated: I've logged over 13 miles on a single 10 hour shift, but usually log under 10.
Even though I'm an athletic 160lbs, my expensive work-only shoes last only 6 months. I'm ok with that: shoes are sacrificial.
I also wear Powerstep 3/4 under the stock insoles (plantar fasciitis) and come from wearing a competitor's shoes for over 15 years (their newest design causes pain at the instep, and is a known issue).
I have not worn the Addiction 14 at work yet, but at home they fit nicely, and have a nice balance of support and cushioning. I like the tread as well. It is somewhere between road runner slick and trail tread. Nice grip over many surfaces.
Normally wear a 9.5 D, sometimes 2E. Got this shoe in 2E and it seems to fit well.
I do have one concern: there is distinct slipping at the heels. It isn't severe, but it is quite noticeable. This issue is mentioned in several other reviews as well. Hopefully this will settle down, or maybe I'll get used to it.
But I'm concerned that blisters may occur, so I will bring a spare set of shoes to work, because if this happens I will need to swap them immediately.
I also ordered a set of Addiction Walker 2. Will see how those feel soon.
I will try to addend my review (if I remember...and have time...).

Boring colors but good fit and comfort. I had to order one pair in men's size and one in women's because my size and desired color in Women's was sold out, and I wanted 2 pair of Addiction 14. Surprisingly, Men's fit and comfort was better than women's, so I'm returning Women's. Also not sure if I'll keep Men's because the "Black/Red/Pearl is NOT Black; its dark gray! I know performance is more important than style, but...Brooks, please, I think both men and women deserve some more interesting and up to date color choices! Seems like we had that in Addiction 13. What happened??

It's a great fit and a fantastic shoe but I am going to have to consider returning it because I am married and all the single ladies keep swooning over my kicks. Yes they are babe magnets and I was looking for more of a dad shoe. I am not used to this much swagger.

I've been a Brooks customer for over 30 years and sold them for almost 5 years. My go to shoe the last 10-15 years has been the Beast after wearing the Addiction for years. The Beast 16 experience was so bad I almost stopped buying Brooks. I decided to give the Addiction another try and am pleased so far. Can't run like I used to but walking 25-30 miles a week and need the extra support and cushion for a bigger frame.

Great fit but overpriced. Why does the review have to be at least 25 characters.

Disappointed. Brooks used to make really good shoes but they feel kinda cheap now. Material is not as comfortable but the sizing is pretty snug. I went with New Balance that had wide toe room. Much better fit.

I ordered these to replace a pair of Addiction 13s. I am very disappointed. Although the sole has the same pattern the material is much harder and less flexible. The main complaint is with the insoles. The insoles with the 14s are about half as thick as the insoles on the 13s, especially in the forefoot area. Needless to say the running experience is completely different. The 13s gave a nice cushioned ride where the 14s are totally flat. I put the old insoles from my 13s in the 14s and this helped make them usable but they are still not as good of a shoe as the 13s. Was it really necessary to cut the insole thickness in half?

I've use the addiction series since the 13 And I have love them. The new shoe feels nice very light I love the complete construction of the toes. However the cushion for it seems already bad like a pair of running shoes that was already running I don't know what cushion they are using now but I prefer the older models ofCushion

Nice shoe but too small for the size. It was not as roomy as advertised. My toes were touching the front of the shoe. Much too snug.

I have owned numerous pairs and versions of Addiction running shoes and the Version 14's are not close to the same quality as previous versions. The sole separates from the back of the shoe almost immediately. The cushioning on the heel also loses its bounce way to quickly.
