I have been wearing Ghosts for many years. This year I noticed some differences. I had to reorder a half size up and thought that would be the answer, but I had knee pain, ankle pain, and heel issues. I decided to read the reviews and noticed many people saying the same. I change my shoe every 3 months and so I knew my pain wasn’t because of old shoes. The tongue is really fat, and I think my heel slips because of needing a larger size, hence ankle and heel issues. I really hope the next model will fit better.

I wanted to love these shoes. I purchased them based on all of the reviews. I walk 5 miles everyday and by the end of my walk my feet were killling me! So disappointed.

They rubbed the skin on the back of my ankle off - got worse not better with multiple wearings. Had to return.

I have the exact same size Ghost 12’s but in a different color. These 8.5 are shorter. I have to exchange for a 9?

Shoe was tighter overall than my other brands in a 9. Reviews stated it was cushiony but I found it very hard and uncomfortable for the high price. I’ll stick with my Skechers and orthotics.

I’ve been wearing Brooks Ghosts for years, and I’ve always loved them, but these are terrible. They are “shallower” than older versions so the heel cup doesn’t come up high enough, which hurts if I wear them for any length of time, and the arch support just isn’t there. They feel overall like they run a bit smaller than all the other versions I’ve had. These may work great for others, and they’re nice looking, but they made my plantar fasciitis way worse, so take my N-1 data for what it’s worth: would absolutely not recommend. ??

I can’t believe this is the same Ghost that I always buy. My feet hurt so bad in these! Why did they change this shoe?! It was my go to running shoe!

What happened Brooks Ghost!!?? I was a Brooks Ghost girl for life, then I got the Ghost 12 and I was so disappointed! I wear an 8.5 Wide and for so long the Ghost was my go to shoe for my wide foot. The Ghost 12 is much narrower with a smaller toe box I feel. I had a hard time getting through a short walk in them. Sorry Ghost, I cheated and went with another. Saucony is my shoe now.

Fit is great and they are so lightweight. This is my second pair of these!

I would normally wear a 5 1/2 and the 6 is perfect. I have a really bad neuroma and they seem ok so far. Will be wearing them around the house. Really like the cushiness around the ankle and overall quality of the shoe

I have been wearing the Ghost for several years. I loved the 10 and was dismayed when the 11 came out because it felt narrower than the 10. I think the 12 feels more like the 10 did and am happy with it. I see the 13 is out and think I won't take a chance on it and will get another pair of 12s while I can.

great high arched shoe, fit's my foot perfect. The heel is super comfortable, feels like there is a little round area that my heel sits lower than the rest of my foot when I walk, I like them.

This is my second pair and I love them.

I have worn the Ghost version for years and have always ordered a 9. This year it was too small and I had to go up a half size. Maybe they changed something in this year’s model?

There's plenty of cushion/support. Comfortable right out of the gate. Didn't have to break them in and very nice looking.

I love these shoes. They're very cushiony and I like how they have a soft grip on my heel. But for me these are running really really small. I am typically a size 9.5, or a 10 in running shoes, and these are an 11.5. Maybe it's just me.

They are both jazzy and snappy for "white" sneakers! Love the feel and appearance!

These shoes feel great and fit great.

I like these shoes so much I ordered a back up pair in case Brooks changes their style next year.

I switched to Saucony for a few pairs out have returned to Brooks and I’m glad I did! These shoes have great cushion and a slightly wider toe box that does not bother my bunions. I love the mesh; overall great look and feel!

These are very comfortable & they have a wider toe box which is good for me. I purchased 1/2 size larger than my normal size & they fit perfectly.

Perfect fit. Excellent feel after a 4 mile walk each morning.
