Bag is a great size and pockets are well thought out and useful! Unfortunately it looks rather casual, which means I'll only use it til I find something more appropriate for work, and it's a little pricey for that. The convertible strap is frustrating to use as the length changes far too easily and makes the backpack not sit right. Overall, perfectly good, but definitely not my holy grail bag for work and travel.

Bag is almost the right size but it's truely too small. iPad Air in a case and it barely fits in bag long ways much less upright. No hope at all of carrying my 13 much less 15 inch laptop if one wants to carry anything else in bag with computer. Converts okay but straps have zero padding after traveling from west time zone to Europe my shoulders were sore. Trolly sleeve is wonderful touch if nothing is in bag it works well but if you want to carry stuff in the bag then it gets stuck on suitcase handle due to straining to carry belonging and not having enough give to flex over trolley handle. Bag could be great if it were another 2 inches long and at least another inch in depth and width. Great idea but poor in execution Would be hard pressed to recommend considering the cost and lack of true function.

I bought this bag for the convertible features. Sadly, my comfort level with having so many zipper pockets exposed while on my back made that feature useless to me. I need a hands free option due to using a walking stick. The straps are both attached to the back of the bag which leaves it gaping wide open unless fully zipped closed. Due to the weight of the item inside the bag, I am unable to quickly zip it closed, it takes two hands to get it zipped. The interior is so large (not a complaint) that I added a separate organizer so lipstick, pens and keys are not jumbled in bottom of bag. Overall, for the price of this bag it is a disappointment.

The backpack straps drive me crazy just attempting to try it on. There is no way I could deal with traveling with this bag and taking it off and on. I had to shorten the straps significantly and that places the metal buckle near the loop at the top where the straps connect to the bag. The buckle gets stuck on the loop making one side too short and one too long. I also had to put the left strap on first to try to keep the strap from sliding to one side, which is not my natural way of putting on a backpack (I put my right arm on first). Because the straps attach in the center of the bag, the bag hangs away from my body. It looks messy and also isn't very comfortable. The bag looks very wide on me and has more of a frumpy diaper bag look. I thought the versatility of the convertible style would be handy, but it doesn't function that way for me. While going through an airport I wanted to be able to switch between carrying my bag over my shoulder when I need easy access and as a backpack when walking longer distances. This bag requires you to take the backpack straps off and move them to become a shoulder strap. Not convenient. I would be happier with my Tumi backpack or a crossbody bag with a shoulder strap. Bummed this didn't work for me. I wish there were padded straps with normal placement and adjustability along with a pocket you could tuck them into while using as a tote so they don't hang down and get in the way. I would also like the shoulder strap to be in addition to the backpack straps so you don't have to attach and re-attach.

I bought this bag to be a work commuter bag. I love the way it looks and all of the pockets. Unfortunately it is not well-designed as a backpack. There is a loop that you slide the convertible backpack strap through so that you can convert to cross body, however that means that you can't just grab the backpack and slip it on your shoulders. Once you put it on one shoulder the strap pulls all the way through and then you have to juggle and wiggle to get your arm through a second strap. The only "easy" way to put it on is to prop the bag up on some thing and then slip your arms through at the same time . Additionally the loop that holds backpack straps started coming un-stitched within just a week or so. Also one of the zipper tags came off. Well I want to love and keep this bag conceptually, it just doesn't seem functional as a backpack. I tried reaching out to Baggalini twice about getting a replacement or a refund and have not heard anything back yet.

Much smaller than I thought based on online photos. When using as a backpack, the straps slide all over & hard to put on. Glad it has a trolley strap, but overall somewhat disappointing.

The bag itself is nice. It's a baggallini so of course. This one in particular is very small. You can not fit your laptop inside and a bottle of water in the side pocket at the same time. It is so small I can not fit my laptop and a notebook together without it being super tight. Overall, if you plan on using this bag for a light load with a small laptop then perfect. I need an additional bag to be able to function each day. Very bummed about this purchase.

I got this bag because as a professional photographer I go on vacations and don't to carry my big bags for family time. I was really Hoping this would be a better option. I was excited that it was waterproof. Big enough to carry my DSLR and an extra lens and my wallet. Along with other things. However, when I used it for the first time and the zipper started coming apart. It definitely needs a bigger stronger zipper. The straps to carry it is not comfortable at all. Especially when you use it as a back pack. I'm not sure where to go to purchase something that will work.... I'm disappointed

I love this bag, but the letherette handles are coming apart. This bag would be much better with mesh type handles.

I was needing a larger purse and this seemed like the perfect solution. It comfortably holds everything I need. But the shoulder strap clasp just falls apart. I will probably have to return the bag.

I bought this hoping it would be a fantastc replacement for the quilted Baggalini tote I bought a few years ago (it had laptop sleeve, and luggage sleeve - brilliant!). The 3-in-1 has the luggage sleeve AND 2 water bootle holders - YAY! I thought. Given the measurements I can put my laptop in my THule case and put it in the 3-in-1. Problem is the bag is 1 inch not long enough and 1 inch not high enough to hold my laptop and case. Dang. Could have been a beautiful thing! Please let me know when you make this bag just a little bit bigger (keep all of the great features!)

I am a HUGE BaggallinI fan. I was hoping that this bag was going to be the answer for my travels as my "personal bag" on the airplane and backpack. It is too cumbersone to wear crossbody and too awkward to get it on as a backpack. Disappointing design

I really like all of the pockets but the strap on the bag is really frayed. I'm pretty disappointed but I threw out my return stuff so just going to keep it. I love the backpack function tho

I purchased it to use mostly as a travel tote. It could be a fantastic bag. The short handles are useful and the ways to use the long strap make it versatile. (Note: I didn't unwrap the strap to try in backpack mode.) The pockets are nice, too, as they are in other Baggalini bags. Although there isn't a built in wallet, there is plenty of room for a separate one. However, the unstructured and unpadded bottom sags with barely anything in it and offers no protection. I don't like a bag that clunks when I set it down or when the bottom is visible when worn due to sagging. I'd have to be very careful putting it down and I need a bag I can set down without concern. (I suspect the bag in the demo video is empty.) Giving the bottom some light structure could make it 5 stars for me and I'd give it another chance.

Bought this bag for a trip. The shoulder strap ripped away from the bag on the first use. So disappointed as I was out of the country. Had very little inside do it wasn't a matter of being overloaded. I'll be calling today for refund.

I bought this bag a week ago primarily for the backpack feature. I was biking this afternoon and the hinge/buckle that is connected to the hook on the strap that makes the backpack feature possible popped out. I put it back in hoping that was a one time issue. Unfortunately it popped out again. I asked for a replacement strap, but was told it would take up to 4 weeks and they don't have a replacement strap in the color of the bag I purchased.

The design style and quality did not pass the test. Very cheap looking, small and gave me grandma vibes. I returned all three pieces that I purchased at a great sales price. Maybe I'm just to fly for these products.

Returned because of size , weight. I love your bags . They are made well The backpack purse wasn't for me Returned grey , wrong color, ordered black, the shape wasn't right for me. I ordered a regular backpack and am waiting for it to arrive to take on Riverboat cruise
