Verified PurchaseReview for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
It arrived with the stitches on one of the side pockets unraveling. I’m keeping it as it is lightweight and the colour gorgeous but this is not Zappos usual standards.

I needed an adult diaper bag. It carries all the things I need to be out all day . From water/food, enterainment, kindle /knitting to all the small personal items you need to keep fresh through out the day I didn't get a 5 because it cumbersome to convert to a backpack which they need to work on, hard to get strap through the top loop. I wanted the loop feature because if my hands are full and walk a ways I would want to convert and get it in my back

pricey but worth it for me. The bag holds a lot and makes organization easy! I can take the wristlet out for walking with my phone ,id, and a credit card. Wipe off surface should keep clean easily. Can carry water bottle in side pocket!!

This bag is awesome!tou can load it up as an overnight bag but when I'm use as your everyday bag it has a slim profile. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the top loop that the strap goes through when using as a backpack. It is time consuming to convert the straps from backpack to over the shoulder. All it would take is putting a strong snap or nylon buckle on the strap it would convert in the blink of an eye. Other than that the bag is great and will buy more!

Very roomy! The zippers are a bit stiff, but I'm hoping they loosen up with time. Like the small pocket for my phone that is easily accessible.

I have not gotten to use this on a trip yet but have tried it on fully loaded in both modes. The first one I ordered had a frayed loop and Baggallini replaced it promptly. The loop at the top middle you thread the strap through to convert it to a backpack is slightly too small for the metal piece. It takes some real work to get it through the loop so it is not perfect. The bag, when fully loaded, is not terribly comfortable as a backpack and the straps could have had pads to help distribute the weight better. It is roomy and has lots of pockets. It will be handy in the airport but not sure how good it will be as a day pack while touring. So...is it perfect? No. But I would probably buy it again due to its versatility.

Very durable, plenty of compartments. Replaced previous baggalini that was 3 years old only because I wanted to change color

The strap arrangement is very convoluted. Changing the strap from backpack mode to shoulder bag is cumbersome and time consuming, so I just keep another shoulder strap attached so I can switch carrying modes quickly. The only problem with that solution is that I always have an extra strap or two dangling. The other annoyance is that the backpack strap slips unevenly in the top loop when you pull it onto your first arm (see Melissa Q's comments), making it very awkward (and embarrassing) to contort your body to locate, and then struggle to put your second arm into, the now shorter and tighter loop. I solved that frustration by unclipping both ends of the backpack straps, while keeping the center of the belt in the anchoring loop. I tied the loose belt into a half knot in and around that loop, then reattached the end clips to the D rings. No more slipping! With the alterations to the strap situation, I now have a lightweight, durable, attractive bag that carries everything I want.

My only complaint is that to use the bag as a shoulder bag the clips are both on the same side rather than opposite corners so the bag doesn't rest against your side but hangs awkwardly. The fabric is beautiful and the bag is well made. I prefer the shoulder option as the backpack hangs oddly as well.

Wanted to replace my usual personal item on flights, but this is a little small. I do like the compartments. I am using it for a work bag and I like the fact that it is light. Downsizing is not a bad thing!

I bought this bag about 2 months ago in black. I love the bag but it would be perfect with a long pocket on the inside. Also, the strap could be a little heavier for this type of bag.

This bag fits all of my essentials for being on the go! I had purchased this bag ideally for upcoming travel and like the option of handbag and crossbody. I feel like the back pack is a stretch. I really like the two water bottle holders. I had hoped it was a little larger for travel but I think I can make it work!

this bag is nice and versatile. however, it's also very expensive. For the price I think it could have added a few more conveniences. I debated about keeping it. In the end I did.

I purchased this bag for traveling and, as with my other baggallini bags, I assumed that I'd also use it at home. It looks more like a laptop carrier or messenger bag than a handbag. I think that for travel it's fine, but not for everyday use. It would be nicer if the outside zipper compartments were a little larger.

I mostly use the handles to carry the bag. I do not recommend this bag if you are looking for a comfortable backpack option. The backpack will not stay close to your back.

I'm looking forward to using this on my upcoming trip to Europe in a few weeks. The options look very interesting. I'm guessing at this point.

This bag is pretty close to ideal. Good size and I love the color (I got silver) and I like that it's sort of dressy but not so dressy that it clashes when I'm not dressed up. My only complaints: *When in backpack mode, the bag can be difficult to get off/on as the straps move due to the design (it's just the shoulder strap put through a loop). It can be unwieldy. I would maybe make the backpack straps individual with the ability to hook/unhook from the loops at the bottom of the bag so you can store the straps behind the baggage sleeve when not using as a backpack. *A laptop or tablet sleeve would be awesome. *The bottle holders on the sides can be difficult to get stuff in and out of when the bag is more than half full as the bag sort of 'occupies' some of that space. If these bottle holder pockets were stretchy, that might help to alleviate the problem.

My search is usually futile. I love this bag in every way EXCEPT that the backpack conversion is very poor. The straps slide back and forth. Figure out a way to keep them stable to be able easily slip them on and off my shoulders and back.

I am still trying to find the perfect carry on bag. I like the slip band that easily fits over my suitcase handle, the water bottke pockets are great, iPad pocket and zipper compartments are nice, I carry Bose earphones, some puzzle books, a small hair dryer and I couldn't get it to zip. For international travel I am thinking it just isn't big enough. Dang I was hopeful

I really like my new weekender bag. I can really see this as my "go to" bag for short trips and as a carry on bag. Didn't give it 5 stars because it didn't have padding on the crossbody strap.

I was so excited when I ordered this but when it arrived it was so small. I returned it immediately. I was interested in all the pockets and love that it had the trolly arm.

I bought this to have a lightweight backpack that could also be used as a crossbody bag. The strap used for the backpack slides to whichever side you put on first and becomes very tight for the other shoulder making it difficult to get on comfortably.
