I buy shoes for cushioning. I stand/walk for 8-10 hours a day and need shoes that can fit that lifestyle. These aren't the ones.
I do like the all black design though, they look super sleek. But no cushioning. Back to New Balance Foam I go. I buy 4E for widths too and they felt a tad bit narrower than Id like.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a marathoner with very flat feet. I run at least 4-miles per day, typically by road. I have used the Transcend 6 for the past year or so, but I noticed they were beginning to lose their grip and support. I read rave reviews of this shoe, therefore, decided to give it a go. I felt they had too much weight in terms of where the weight was positioned on the shoe. It was all around the ankle support and the heel. I felt the lift on the heel was too high forcing my toe to squish against the front of the shoe. The arch support was excellent, in fact, possibly too much. The heel is bulky, and prevents speed. Furthermore, the ankle support is aggressive. I developed a lot of pain all around my ankle. I ran a bunch in these from the 30-day runners guarantee that Zappos kindly provides us thinking they'd improve. While I began getting used to the weight; the drop from the elevated heel, combined with the aggressive ankle support was too much for me to handle. I was forced to return.

I ordered peacock with grey accent
But y’all sent navy with gold accent. So I’m not happy with the shoes but my husband isn’t picky so he is wearing them. Next time, if there is a next time, I expect orders to be filled correctly

This is quite literally my first review for a running shoe. I had previously worn Nike Pegasus versions for the past five years, and I typically average about 75 miles a month. As they haven't released a new model in a while, I wanted to try something new and heard good things about Brooks. Toward the end of my Pegasus Zoom, I could feel my form deteriorating, so wanted to get a good, stable shoe.
Unfortunately, Brooks missed the mark for me. Aesthetically, I love the grey/green look. However, the shoes felt very heavy. From Day 1, it felt like they were an anchor, which was amazing considering they are only slightly heavier than previous wears. They did not have great spring, and running up even moderate hills was simply unpleasant. After consistently putting 300-450 miles on my runners, I returned the Brooks GTS20 after less than 100 miles.

This shoe feels too small for my normal size. Plus it was very tight across the arch of my foot.

Major problem with forefoot. No support or cushion. Feels like a piece of cardboard between foot and ground.

I purchased these to replace a pair of previous-gen Brooks Adrenalines and they are definitely more narrow, and slightly shorter. You can see this when placing the shoes sole-to-sole. The overall design is different enough to put me on the edge of saying, no, these go back. But not quite. Thinner socks may solve the fitment issues, but unfortunately these are not the same shoe as last year's model.

I ordered a size 10.5, but I received a size 11. I'm surprised that I would be sent the wrong size without any communication about it beforehand. It's very shady.

They were just too big, but the real problem is that they didn't even come in a shoe box which told me they were returns. I didn't know Zappos sent returns to someone else. They were in a plain big brown box. Ordered shoes a few months back and I thought one of those pairs were a return because they just didn't look new but wasn't sure, now I am sure. Not happy about this.

It would be nice if the colors were in all sizes. It seems very limited, which is a big let down. My husband loves these shoes and has been wearing them for a long time. He got these as a gift - but hasn't even taking them out of the box because of the disappointment!

Poorly made. The Adrenaline 19 felt much more solid. I'm done with Brooks.

The shoes are fine. Zappos, however, is not. The shipment was over a week late, it’s impossible to contact customer service, and when I contested the charge with my credit card company because the shoes have not been delivered as stated, they blocked me as a customer. So, good shoes, terrible company. Last time I was shop with this piece of crap organization.

These shoes are so comfortable on the bottoms of my feet, but there is absolutely no lateral support. This is a rolled ankle waiting to happen!!! If you only move in the forward plane of motion, you will probably be ok, but if you are interested in athletic movement look elsewhere!

These were my 3rd ir 4th pair. I returned them because for some reason the left shoe had a deffect which crimped my big toe. I hoped that it would get better with use but that didn’t happen so I returned them which Zappo’s makes it easy to do. I still think they are great running shoes and will order another pair soon.

After completely wearing out a pair of GTS 18 (which I loved!), I decided to give the GTS 20 a try. Unfortunately, these shoes did not work for me. I was disappointed as soon as I took the shoes out of the box. They looked like blobs. I wore them around the house for a few minutes but they made my feet hurt. The heel felt too high and the arch support just wasn't there. The shoes didn't have much structure in the toe box, either, which made them feel flimsy. Some of my issues with the shoes could be because I wear a wide size, but my GTS 18 fit perfectly, felt great and looked awesome. I'm returning the GTS 20 for a refund. Not what I expected from Brooks. Such a disappointment.

Over priced and uncomfortable. I wish more companies would make 4E sized shoes.
