Brooks used to be very comfortable but now I think they are doing the bare minimum. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Brooks still wins for comfort compared to Nike and New Balance for me. I only work 35 hours a week on my feet and go for walks here and there but these shoes didn’t last more than 5 months. I am truly disappointed.

I normally wear a 10M, but in Brooks Adrenaline wear an 11M. This was my fifth or sixth pair, and they’ve all been 11M’s. It a great shoe for cross training, walking, running or just casual wear. I just wish they weren’t so ugly.

Felt a bit short on the right. Probably due to difference from my used Adreline's. They are what I ordered and expected.

I have been wearing the Adrenaline GTS 19 for the past 8 months and did not feel like these provided as much cushion and support.

Have bought Asics in the past but after trying several from Zappos they were all too,tight of a fit especially in the toe. Never heard of Brooks before but tried on a pair at the local sports shoe store and they fit great. Went back to Zappos and got the color I wanted. These are comfortable and fit my size 13 feet perfectly. I found a new brand!!

I only tried these on so I can’t comment on running in them. Zappos told me to order a half size up. The toe box and heel area were a bit roomy, not deal breakers though. The mid foot was a bit narrow, but again, not a deal breaker. Length was spot on though. They’re very light and comfortable. The upper is very flexible, the base offers decent support. Returned these because I also ordered the ghost 12. The ghost fit slightly better, are cheaper, and feel similar so I went with the ghost. Might have considered ordering a pair in my usual size and a pair in my usual size but a wider width, but I’m guessing my foot shape isn’t supposed to go with this shoe well enough to justify the purchase.

I've worn Adrenaline GTS sneakers for more than 10 years and love them. And this style is one of my favorite ever. My only complaint with this 2020 version is that it caused a blister on the back of my heal at the top of the heal/back of ankle/top of shoe (if that makes sense!), so the back of the shoe must be a bit 'taller' than previous versions. I've since gotten used to it, so no longer an issue, but just something to be aware of.

Hubby is on his feet 12h/day. Has big flat duck feet. One leg 1/2 in longer than the other. Comfortable, helps realign his pelvis, but slightly narrow in toe box, even with wide width. He's removing the support it comes with, and adding his own orthotics.

The Adrenaline GTS 18 fit me perfectly, and this shoe fits differently enough that I cannot wear it. The width is narrower and the length is longer. I really wish companies would make older editions of a shoe available; it's such a pain to have to keep trying new models when a previous shoe was perfect.

The GTS 19 are WIDER (size 4-EEEE) - the 20 is too small for me.

I have worn Brooks for many years but, like Asics, the styles have become more narrow so they don't fit my 4E width. I really like the cushy ride with the Brooks but I guess I'll have to look to another brand from now on.

Everyone loves Brooks. This pair is sized a little big, length-wise. I always wear the same size in Brooks for about 7 years & these are just a tad too big. I also love zappos. They sent my shoes in 1 day! During a pandemic.

I previously used GTS 19. This seems the same, with nicer laces.

Comfortable shoe

Excellent but the narrow felt a 1/2 size length short for what was quoted.

Alittle tight

I typically wear a size 13 sneaker/running shoe. This was a touch too short, and I fear a 14 would be clumsily long. I like the glow-in-the-dark accents, but the shoe is going back.

I have worn Brooks athletic shoes for about 15 years. Originally, the size marked was actually a full size higher than actual, i.e., 9.5D = 8.5D. This last shoe was closer to true by a half size, i.e., 9.5D = 9D. Not sure why Brooks cannot get sizing correct and/or consistent. Thank goodness Zappos has free returns.
