Very well cushioned sneaker. I have a high arch and find that these perform well for my daily 6 mile walks. I usually own three of them and alternate between them. Wish they came in funkier colors.

I always buy Mizuno because of the arch support and usually get a size 9. Read the reviews and purchased a 9 1/2, which fits perfect. And I do love the grey color as Mizuno usually lacks in their choice of girls colors. Not sure who chooses the colors, but most women aren't 20 yr olds buying Mizuno. So appreciate the neutral selection.

I think I might love these. The only issue is I feel between sizes. 10.5 feels mostly great, but toes are a little snug. 10.5 wide is too loose on my heel. 11 is a little big too. Hoping the toes will loosen up a little in time. These are really cute styling IMO, and I love the colors. Knit upper is very comfortable, heel fits nicely without digging in or coming up too high. Best part by far is the cushioning, which really is heavenly! But they don't feel so mushy that it's like running on the beach. They have a little spring too. And they are pretty easy to get on and off (added bonus).

Loved the shoe but was too small...Normally I wear a 8.5 or 9 but this one will have to be a 9.5

Love this shoe. It has lots of cushioning which I need. Had to buy a full size larger as it runs small. Arch support is good. Very comfortable once you figure out the sizing. I recommend it.

Will use this for my 20-25 mile weekly runs. I am 5' 1/2" age 66 and at this time lightweight runner less than 100 lbs. I love the sky line of shoe, wave knit replaces the old upper material. The shoe is much lighter in weight, more flexibility, toebox rounded, the shape of the shoe around the arch and laces make a difference, in the feel and holding the foot in place... that's a good thing! My retail store only offered 1 color, but that's ok. Try this shoe, I thought the price was a bit high, but if one complains about the price, the shoe is than changed. Love this shoe!!

This shoe is GREAT for my needs as someone who loves to run 10Ks/half marathons (moderate weekly mileage for training). It is lightweight, but still plenty supportive. I've found that it feels best for mid-length runs (4-8 miles), but I know it can go the distance for longer runs as well and still feel comfortable. Has good flex, padded tongue doesn't rub against top of my foot, back of heel doesn't dig into my ankle/achilles like other shoes have done in the past. I have very narrow feet with high arches, and this shoe feels supportive and snug in the best way. Took practically no time to break in as well. These feel slightly more lightweight than my Mizuno Wave Rider 22s. Love this shoe and especially love that the styling matches the feel!

I've run exclusively in Mizuno Wave Creations for more than a decade and really love the new Waveknit line. I have both the Sky Waveknit 3 and the Waveknit C1. The Skys are lighter with good cushioning for my shorter runs and workouts and I feel zippier in them. I use the C1s for my long runs as there's a bit more cushioning and a tad more drop, which gives extra support for a calf niggle I sometimes get on longer outings. Love the look and feel the Sky's fit is perfect, they are so comfortable and have a nice spring to them.

I have a slight over pronation and high arches. This shoe gives my feet, legs and knees the stability they need without over correcting. There is enough flexibility and room in the toe box to wear in the gym for strength training and cushioning to make my feet forget about the concrete floor under the thin rubber floor cover. NOTE: Some might find this shoe too heavy and stiff to run in! It is definitely a shoe for stability and light flexibility.

The Wave Sky Waveknit 3 shoes are my new favorite trainers. I've been struggling to find a pair that are soft, not too heavy, and not too squishy. These shoes have spring to them, even though they are have a fair amount of cushion. The Waveknit material hugs my feet without feeling restrictive. I usually need a break-in period with trainers but I didn't with this pair. So far, I haven't experienced any negatives. Happy with my Wave Sky 3s!

I love these shoes! Mizunos are my go-to shoe whether it be marathon training or just walking my dog around the neighborhood. I've had pairs that I like more for one activity over the other and these are my new distance running shoe. They're comfortable and provide cushion and support without being heavy and I love the knit-look. I love the tongue of the shoe, I know that is weird to say but some shoes they're flimsy or too much or don't stay in place like I'd like but these are great!

This could be a good running shoe if you do well with a curved back heel. For me the arch support was good and it was very comfortable until I walked. Once I was moving the back of heel immediately started to rub too much and I knew it wouldn't work for me. I also didn't particularly like the wave design, at least in the black and white. The white wave part is wider than the rest of the sole and it's just too noticeable. I also considered the Saucony Triumph (felt great with best arch support and cushioning, but too unstructured especially around ankle; strangely felt too large); the Saucony Xodus IOS (good choice for trail running but too stiff for me for walking and jogging); and the ASICs L-Nimbus® 22 (ended up choosing these for best support, good cushioning, and good arch support - did have to size up a half size for best comfort, which I did not need with the other shoes).

The size is more snug than the identical shoe I have at home. I will probably not buy on line again. I love going to the running store.

Fits me perfectly after surgery on both feet to correct bunionettes. Wide toe box, narrow-enough heel, good cushioning.

I am going to return this - I usually wear a 9.5 so I ordered a size 10 to give myself a little extra room, and it's about 1 size too small. I may exchange it for a size 11 as the shoe seems very comfortable and very cushioned. However, the returns/exchange process is cumbersome. Mizuno uses a third party customer service website and requires customers to pay for return shipping (which most of their competitors do not). There also isn't a way to simply exchange shoes for a different size--you have to return your order and then place a new order for the size you want. It would be a huge improvement if they had a simple, free process for exchanges. Since they don't I may just return the shoes (at my own cost) and look for a different pair from a different company.
