I use my new balance shoes for power walking three times a week. They provide good support and have a nice firm base to keep me balanced. I like that they are made in the US.

I have an issue with my right foot rolling over. This helps straighten it and it feels great

The motion control was recommended by my sports podiatrist and is the only thing that keeps me walking.

I love these shoes I have been wearing the 1540 for years now and I just love them very comfortable I agree the tongue on them could be just a little bit longer I like the fact that it has more toe room too nice shoes

I always have a challenge finding shoes I can wear all day which were comfortable. These tennis shoes are the only ones I have found that make my poor feet feel wonderful.

When I buy a new pair of New Balance shoes, they feel fantastic right from the start. I love that!!!

These sneakers are great. I am a 12 hour shift employee and have plantar fasciitis they work great

I was leery of ordering sneakers online without first trying them on. However these are very comfortable and a great fit.

I am a nurse on my feet all day and these shoes are great for my back and planta fasciitis.

All summer I have worn the 154v3 but in the light gray color with teal trim. They were very comfortable, and great for walking. Decided to buy the darker gray with blue trim for the fall. Very happy with this shoes, plan to buy them again for spring.

Walkin each day 2 to 5 miles. Going to the local gym.

I normally buy the 760, 860, etc series of shoe. Thought I would try something different. I ordered the same size as I normally do, but this series was a little bit tighter than my other NB shoes. I think because it has leather? Anyway, I debated on whether to get a half size larger, decided not to and yes, it did stretch. And I love this shoe. I only buy NB now, won't go to anything else unless NB changes how they build a shoe. Please don't change.

I wear these shoes everyday to work. We have been working 68 hours, 7 days a week and I am on my feet that whole time. My feet hurt before I started wearing these shoes. Now, I feel no pain, only comfort. Fantastic shoe and worth the price & then some.

Luv the shoes. Only shoe I can wear. I would like to see more points or lower price of shoe since this is the only shoe I ever purchase.

Have been wearing 1540 and its previous models for many years. It was recommended by an orthopedic surgeon for severe pronation. I am always grateful that NB continues to manufacture this model.

I love my 1540s. I wear them for walking not Running. I only buy new balance!

I have a narrow foot and NB makes narrow widths. I also have very flat feet and pronation problems. NB has running shoes with amazing stability by having a rollbar to prevent pronation to occur. Because of these features, I am able to walk 3 miles a day with no knee or feet problems. I am 81 so do not jog/run anymore. I am very thankful that I can still exercise with no repercussions.

I have this sneaker in the same color and in different colors I have about 12 pair between the 1540v2 and v3 I like color in my sneakers and started with the blue/purple with the hot pink collar 1540v2. I have 6 pair, some with the matching blue/purple laces and some with the hot pink matching laces NB has many sizes in this sneaker. I need a size 10 2-E I have 4 or 5 different color 1540v2 and v3

I was introduced to New Balance shoes several years ago by a friend. I was having foot pain & my friend ask me if I had ever tried NB. I ordered my first pair of NB shoes & wouldn't wear any other shoe. Great shoes.

I have back and ankle issues. These shoes have great support and stability that make power walks comfortable and keep my issues from flaring up.

Shoes are comfortable and supportive. This is my 3rd pair. True to size. Will definitely buy again. Happy to find a non-leather or suede shoe option that is American-made.

Use daily for exercise and general wear. I have to have a very sturdy shoe because of a big toe fusion and very poor balance.

this is the highest quality fit and protection for my feet for walking fast about 20 plus miles a week. Occasionally I run but not so much and these are great for that also. Plenty of room for wide toe box but keeps my heel comfortably cradled.

I think that anyone on the market looking for a sturdy reliable shoe that supports their strides at the same time will find value in this product. I've been wearing these shoes for 15 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone who is active doing several actives and needs a shoe that is adaptable and protecting. If you tend to roll your ankles a lot, I recommend you give these a try because of the roll bar, which helps support and stabilize your feet.
