I ordered 11 W and they feel more like 11 narrow. They hurt so bad that I had to take them off immediately. Sending these back!!!!

I really, REALLY wanted to love these shoes! ? The high back at the heel was digging into the back of my leg to the point where I knew I would be in serious trouble within 5 minutes of walking in these beauties! Back they go…

I ordered this shoe, it was out of stock and they advised that they would notify me when kit was bCK IN STOCK. THEY ADVISED ME THE NEXT DAY., I ordered they confirmed delivery 8/12, they did not arrive, so i called, never cancelled, spoke with a rep. i looked today and she cancelled my order without advising. have never had a problem with zappos, but i'm slightly annoyed. now i have to search for another pair of shoes for this wedding in a few weeks. She did say prior to hanging up that she would give me a $25 discount in my account for the inconvenience. Seeing red right now.

Returned as the width was too small

Ordered in wide width it was not. My poor pinky toe was so squished

These were literally the worst shoes I’ve ever bought. Super uncomfortable, plastic dress up shoes are comer comfortable than these. They smell strongly of chemicals and are so unergonomic, they are impossible to walk in. I ended up getting a different pair of shoes with a heel twice as tall that are way easier to walk in.

I fell in love with these shoes when I saw them. However, they were extremely narrow, even though I ordered the wide size. The length and ankle strap were ok, but I couldn't even fit my foot in the bottom strap at all. Additionally, some of the pearls were already scratched when I received the shoes.

My regular size is 9.0W in all shoes. I ordered a 9.0 Wide and my foot was still hanging off both sides of the shoe.
