So very narrow for wide width

These shoes are absolutely not wide as advertised. The heel and front are both tight and quite narrow. Such a shame, because they are very cute.

I order gold they sent me the silver I was so upset lucky my daughter’s graduation is on June 25th not next week

This shoe is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for to wear to an evening resort wedding. My feet aren't wide but wanted the extra room for long wearing comfort so ordered the wide width. The shoe was way too narrow for my regular width feet! I can't imagine how tight the M width would have fit. I sent the shoes back for a refund.

These shoes are gorgeous!! However, they run about 1/2 size smaller than true size, and also, ARE WAY TOOO NARROW. I had to scour the internet to find them in an 8 1/2 and wide width. Seems everyone had the same opinion about size and width.

Wide was not wide. Most uncomfortable shoe I have ever ordered.

I tried on a 71/2 M at the store, it was too long, and a tiny bit too narrow. I saw online I could order a Wide width, so I ordered a 7 Wide and could barely squeeze my foot in it. When I held it up to a different brand's wide width it was a good 3/4 inch narrower. DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED A WIDE!

Horrible chemical smell that immediately gave me a headache. I had to put them back in the bag they came in as soon as I was done trying them on. It also felt like the glue holding the decorations was wet because it was still sticky. Because of this, there were randomly black bits sticking to the glue on the white shoe even before I removed the surrounding bag.

I was SO disappointed with these. They were nowhere near the quality that Betsey Johnson is known for. They stunk, the adhesive was still sticky, missing stones, the rhinestone were marred and scratched. Missing the silver heart known of the Blue Collection in the bottom. The sizing is off as well, NOT wide width and being plus sized this did not fit my ankle either. They were stuff and had no give.

Purchased a 7w. Beautiful shoe but unfortunately not a wide size. This item should not be labeled as 7w. It is just of average width and no more. Gorgeous but mislabeled.

I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer who noted that the shoes delivered did not appear to be the shoes as advertised. The shoes are very cute and I wanted to love them. Then I put them on. YIKES, they were soooo uncomfortable and so stiff. I do not have particularly fussy feet with regard to comfort. The heal part of the show was so stiff my heal could not move into it. The shoes over all were so stiff that it was impossible to walk in them with any sort of natural gate. The ones I received also did NOT have a heart on the bottom. The box was black. I do not recall the nature of the box decorration. Shoes went back. I honestly don't know how any human being could walk or even be comfortable standing or sitting in the pair I received.

Make W however felt more Like N. Gems felt sticky. Like others commented there must be knock offs among the originals. They look great If you don’t touch or look up Close.

the wrong color, had several dresses and this color wasn't the right one... i didn't open the box, no since in doing so if shoes not right color to match ensemble

Knock offs. I ordered the white pair. They just came in and missing multiple stones. There’s also no silver heart on the bottom.

I cannot believe this was real Betsey Johnson. They came in a blank cardboard box with no padding to protect them. The glue for the beading stuck to the tissue paper, and the beading was all kinds of jacked up. There was dog hair stuck to the beads, no heart emblem on the bottom, and they hurt the backs of my ankles immediately when trying them on. Very disappointed in the quality and will no longer be considering for my wedding day.

run one size small

I should have paid attention to an earlier review. The shoe online is NOT the shoe you’re getting. Details like the blue logo on the sole and the puffy silver thing on the bottom of the shoe shown online aren’t on the shoe in real life. The quality is so cheap too. Felt like a $30 pair of shoes and not a name brand $100+ pair.

Unfortunately I had the same experience some other reviewers had: way too narrow for my toes to fit (I NEVER have to order wide shoes, I ordered these in wide and still too narrow!), smelled like glue (the plastic wrapping was literally stuck to the glue on the jewels), and they are knock-offs (no gold heart on the bottom of the shoe and did not come with traditional Betsey Johnson packaging). What a shame. They are gorgeous, and I would have kept them even though they were fake and smelt like glue... but they didn't fit.

This shoe is absolutely in NO way wide width. Very disappointed and annoyed.

I love the look of these shoes! They went perfectly with my formal outfit. However, after only a few minutes of walking around in the house, several of the little sequins popped off! Sorry not worth $109.

It's a great looking dress sandal but I'm so very disappointed. Although the description states Wide Width, this is NOT anywhere near a wide width. It has to be returned.

So disappointed! It is a beautiful shoe but it is nowhere near a true wide. I couldn't even get all of my toes through the strap! I regularly wear wide shoes and it was marked accordingly, but it fit my foot as if it were not a wide at all. I'm not sure if a half size up will work since I don't expect the front of the shoe will be any wider. I can't gauge size or arch support either.

This was one of the worst pair of shoes I’ve ever purchased. They looked worn and dirty and had a hair in between the beading. They looked yellow stained and were dingy. Do NOT buy these shoes. Absolute waste of money and were knock offs.
