Very narrow Heel. The wide was narrow.

These shoes are visually stunning, but even though I ordered the "wide width" version, they were far too narrow. Even though the box was marked wide width these shoes were so tight that I question if they were actually made for a wide foot. I usually have no trouble with a standard wide width shoe so this was a surprise. They are unique shoes and I wish Betsey Johnson would make more reliably wide-width shoes in general. I had to send them back.

I absolutely loved the look of these shoes but that toe strap is awful! It was way too tight and it was not comfortable at all. It would have definitely given me blisters on the top of my toes. It would be better if the strap was wider or made of softer material.

These are so cute but so incredibly uncomfortable. I have to throw them out. For a low heel, these have absolutely hobbled me when I need to walk, dance, or do anything other than sit. It’s really a shame. I think it’s because the material doesn’t stretch or mold to your foot at all, so it ended up digging into my toes and rubbing off the skin.

Beautiful shoes but not wide as marked

Says that these shoes are wide width but they are not at all.

I ordered these shoes in a wide. The width of the shoe was great but the footbed was not very flexible and really hard; but the shoes were soooo pretty. However, I had the same problem with this pair as I had with another style. While I don't have chicken legs, I also don't have "cancles" or tree stumps. Since I ordered a wide shoe, I think it stands to reason, the ankle strap should be sufficiently long to buckle comfortably. The straps were not. VERY disappointing.

Didn’t bother trying them on. The quality of this show was disappointing. The glue was all over the shoe and the paper they were wrapped in was stuck to the shoe

Pretty shoe but I ordered the wide based on other reviews and it was still way too narrow. I don’t normally even wear wide shoes.

These are gorgeous shoes. Sadly I could not get my foot in them. I wear a 5.5. Ordered ‘wide’, but they are ridiculously narrow.

The details aren't really pearl white - they're more an iridescent rainbow color and don't look as good in person.

I ordered a half size down and it was still WAY too big. My heel was popping out and toes slipping out. My other big complaint are the pearls they glue onto the shoe are all peeled and tacky looking. Definitely a cheap design.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as other recent reviewers - the shoes I received didn't have a silver heart on the bottom, didn't come in the original box, and seemed pretty poor quality. There was a thread hanging from the stitching near the heel. The material with the studs on was noticeably uneven, especially on the toe straps - one strap had studs missing from the row along the edge. The straps dug painfully into my feet, and the shoes overall were not very comfortable, despite the low heel height. I wonder if the manufacturer has recently changed the way they make these shoes? It's a shame if so, since the style is very cute!

This shoe is pretty but hard! Not comfortable at all and sell like glue! Returned.

I had to return these shoes as they were PAINFUL to wear. I had ordered wide and could barely fit the front of my foot into the lower strap. The backs were so stiff I could not stand straight as they dug into my leg!!!

I ordered a W width and wasn't even close.

I love these shoes so much because they're so pretty in person, but they are definitely not wide width. I'm so disappointed they didn't fit because they are so cute. I have bunions and there is no way these would have worked for me. I don't think they'd work for someone with wide feet without bunions either because they really are not wide.

Didn’t like the later of glue throughout the heel which is how the gems stick o but when I got my shoes they were sticky with dirt and what looked like dried grass. I couldn’t take them off at all. Was disappointed with how they were especially because I was looking forward to having these for my wedding.

I ordered the wide but they were still too narrow which is a shame because they are absolutely gorgeous shoes. The stones are very pretty and came with extra if you need them. They smell very bad of chemicals- not sure if that would go away after being aired out. Unfortunately I am returning because the wide are still too narrow.

These are really cute, but super uncomfortable. The entire shoe is really stiff (granted, it's covered in pearls) but for me, they were awful the second I put them on. Absolutely no give in the materials.

Ordered these for my upcoming wedding. I ordered a 7.5W and it felt incredibly narrow. I'm typically a 7.5 or 8 and try to buy wide when I can. It was so uncomfortable and could barely fit my foot. I'm planning on reordering a 8W hopefully that will work they are so pretty!

Very uncomfortable

This pair of sandals is beautiful, but I couldn’t wear them. I ordered a size 10W which usually fits me. The length is fine but the strap over the toe area isn’t even close to fitting. It’s also too far toward the toe area. If you have a narrow toe area these might work for you. If you need a wide toebox , forget it. They won’t fit.

I absolutely love this shoe, however, they just do not fit. I do have wide feet and I ordered the wide. I also ordered a 1/2 larger than I normally do. With all of that, I was unable to put my foot in the shoe...it was certainly long enough (even too long), however, it was NOT a wide shoe. I am so disappointed that I cannot have these shoes because they are absolutely gorgeous and stunning!
