The Gel-Kayano 26 feel much cheaper and less quality that my previous Kayanos. The Colour and fit are lovely, the sole have good bounce and the fit is similar to the previous pair. The netting on the toe has already started loosening and tearing on the outside of the right shoe. The outer toe seems to be flimsy and the glue is visible. I have them for 2 weeks only. Very disappointing as I have come to love that shoe.

I have always been an Asics buyer and had to renew my trainers. Read multiple reviews about these and sadly I wish I had never purchased them. They are extremely hard on your feet and don't feel like they provide the heel and arch support and cushioning I wished for. Won't be buying or recommending again.

I've been wearing ASICS for over pronators (Gel Kayano and GT2000) for last 12 years. I have a pair each for variety which last me roughly a year. But I feel the need to move away from the brand. The latest model doesn't feel like you have as much support around the foot since ASICS has moved to single sheet upper material which is like a mesh. Previously, there was stitched leather in various parts including their signature pattern which made the foot feel snug. I've therefore switched brands and happier with the Swiss Run "On" Clouds brand.

Always wear these, my fourth pair and the size and shape has changed! Originally ordered 7, which I always wear in Asics despite being a uk 5! The new design is much deeper height wise in the toe area, had to return as massive and order 6.5 which is better but still roomy round toes, very odd, would possibly reconsider which size you order!

Ordered these last week, 4th pair of Gel Kayanos, always have to size up to a UK 7, despite normally being a size 5, maybe a 6 in trainers, sadly when I tried the new ones on they came up really big! More like a normal size 7! I now don't know what size to order and will have to go and try some on. Loved the colour though!

This is my second time with GEL-Kayano 26. I absolutely loved my first pair. This pair is very uncomfortable. Is there anyway you can send me another pair? I think they are defective.

Not the same runner at all as earlier models. Not as much gel cushioning. Also arch support not as good. Quite disappointing.

I have been wearing the Gel-Kayano for 7-8 years and over the years Asics redesigns the shoe with "Improvements" but this one has unfortunately moved me from purchasing Asics. The toe box is wider, the arch support falls to far towards the heal throwing off my stride. Even the shoe itself is too firm. I tried purchasing a high quality insert to help the shoes fit better but no luck. Essentially I wasted $200 + on shoes and inserts. Please stop redesigning the shoes so they're no longer the Asics runners are used to.

Supportive ..... comfortable...... interesting colours !!!!!!

This is the worst kayano I own. They lack support for my feet and I get shin splints when I wear them. I've never had them shin splits before.It's a shame because these were my go to for running sneakers. Too much money to spend for shin splints.

Asics appear to have changed their sizes. These are my 4th Kayanos and they're smaller than the previous ones. Initially trying them on, they seemed fine, but after wearing for the day it became apparent that they were smaller. Comparing them to my previous pair, it was obvious they were shorter in length even though they were the same size. So disappointing after spending so much.

I haven't received them yet even though I ordered them 2 weeks ago, so they may be great but I just don't know :(

Purchased on line, returned, but two weeks later still waiting for refund

I returnEd them. They did not support the ankle area, no matter how tight I tied the laces. I'm sticking with Gel-Nimbus for my running.

I'm enjoying my shoes very much. I've ordered another pair in black/white.

These trainers have no support at all, I got shin splints and two very sore knees after just a few runs in these. I am a regular runner and have never experienced pain like I felt after wearing these shoes. Would not recommend!

These are honestly the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever worn. After walking in them, I feel incredible foot pain for days. I would absolutely not recommend these. This is the second pair of ASICS I have ever purchased and I am so disappointed because the first ones were so incredibly comfortable.

Bought those yesterday. Result after 1 mile running: Sprained ancle left foot, pain under both heels and right calf muscle injury. Had to limp back home again. Will ask for all money back. Soles not thick enough, apparently poor design.

The trainers arrived 2 sizes too big and I had all the hassle of returning.

I have had these trainers for about 3 weeks I have not worn them much and the edging is already coming apart

Bought these a couple of months ago. My sixth lair of ASICS. I am so disappointed with these. They are extremely uncomfortable and seem to offer no support or 'bounce' as advertised at the front. I cannot wear them at all as they cause pains in my feet which I have never ever experienced with any shoe.

Always wear a Kayano but had to return as the new model is significantly smaller in size. Waiting for a refund so I can re purchase a different pair. Very disappointing
