In Asics I typically take an 8 and 1/2. My foot tends to narrow and this shoe feels stable and snug but not tight. Tons of support from someone needing good arch support. From city streets to gym, these fit my needs.

I’m in love!! I’ve been wearing Kayanos a long time and these are the best ones yet!! I’m very happy they widened the toe back out and have had many compliments on the color!

I am highly disappointed that Asics has apparently quit making shoes in narrow widths. I've been wearing their Gel Kayano shoes for years and have always been happy with the fit and feel when they were available in narrow. This is my second pair of regular width I've bought since narrow was discontinued. The heel is quite loose. I have to cinch the laces to keep the shoe snug on my foot, which causes discomfort on the top of my foot. I have always been happy with Asics Gel Kayano, but I may have to switch to a brand that makes narrow. Please, please, please bring back narrow, Asics!

I purchased these and the Nimbus 22, the nimbus 22 was the more comfortable of the two just wearing around house. The Kayano 26, my heel would start hurting after standing for a long time. Love the colors of the Kayano 26 better, but it was all about comfort. So I returned the Kayano and kept the nimbus.

I use this shoe for speed walking and it fits very well. Provides maximum cushion and stability for my knee and foot. I had surgery on both and this shoe is perfect.
