I have been wearing Asics for a couple of years through long daily commutes where I am often standing and then all day as a preschool teacher. They used to have enough padding and decent arch support, but the last two styles (including this pair) I bought have been terrible and giving me foot pain. =( I'm not sure if this is due to buying them internationally, but either way I'm very disappointed. I really like that they now have wide, but for whatever reason the shoe seems to have changed in the month since I bought it and now my foot moves around too much, meaning the little arch support that's there hits incorrectly some of the time. It's also tiring my feet (and me) out faster. The old pair I had made me much more energized and while I would get tired, the shoes didn't contribute.

These shoes are completely different than the 25's . Too much cushioning. I may try to return them

VERY narrow toe box! The Kayanos have been my favorite for years but I always size up because the toebox is narrow. This time bought a half size down but had to return these. The quality has declined overall and definitely not worth the price. Please consider adding WIDE SIZE to all your colors, not just the ugly ones!

There is less cushion in the 26. I only wear Kayano's and have done so for almost 20 years. I am buying another pair of 25's and hopefully they will put the cushion back into the shoe. The feel is completely different.

I have been wearing the same size in ASICS for years. I bought the Kayano 26 and my toes are hitting the end of the shoe. A half size up is just too big overall. I'm really bummed because I love the new cushioning. I will buy another pair of the Kayano 25, and I hope they get the sizing straightened out with the 27's.

I have ONLY worn gel-kayanos for the past 5 years. I'm a personal trainer and I live in these shoes daily. I have gotten over 10 pares, all size 9.5. I preordered these before they even went on sale because of how excited I was, and when them came my toe hit the front of the shoe. Then when I tried on the size up, the width was too wide and they were too big. I am SO sad because the fit has been the same forever and now the size I always wore is too small. I had to return :(

These sneakers began tearing 2 weeks after wearing them. I am very disappointed in this brand since this is the most I've ever spent on a pair of athletic shoes

Tor area is not comfortable. Overall not very supportive for the cost.

The product size was either mislabeled or is now much smaller than before. I've been buying Kayano D for years. This is the first time I'm unsatisfied.

Needs more cushion in sole. Feels hard when i walk. Arch is not high enough.

I don't usually write reviews but I think that this feedback is necessary. I've been wearing ASICS for years and for the first time I'm truly disappointed. These shoes are so uncomfortable. I have terrible foot pain after wearing them. What a waste of money.

Ugly color is ugly I hate them so much ew ew ew da ew

Asics are not what they used to be. The design is unattractive, the printed logo/pattern is cheap looking, the colors are unappealing, and the shoelaces are ridiculously short.

Very dissatisfied. Not near the quality of the same style shoe I purchased last year. They feel flat not springy like the video.

I love these tennis shoes. The size is true to size fit. This is my second pair. I love the support especially arch support. The color is added bonus. Exciting lively color.

I have been a long time buyer of Kayano running shoes. These hurt my feet so bad that I cannot wear them even around the house. Very disappointed and expensive for something I cannot use

I have owned many previous versions of Gel-Kayano, the 26s run small (so if you are ordering your usual size, go at least half size up) and have an odd fit. Maybe it was only the grey one that has the odd fit, and other colors are fine, that I would never know. And I started noticing knee pains and inner ankle pains ever starting running with this pair of new shoes, I am not sure if it just takes longer time for this particular series of shoes to be broken down before they become more wearable for running, then again, since this never happened with all previous kayanos, I am not sure what to think about this.

Great shoe, very comfortable out of the box! Has the perfect amount of cushion & support for me. Love the color combo. I only give it 1 star because after about only 5 treadmill runs, one shoe is ripping near the top lace hole. Super disappointing, especially with the price.

I purchased the exact same pair about 3 years ago and loved them. For some reason, despite purchasing the same shoe type (gel kayano) and size, the left shoe gives me bruises on the top of my foot. They are too painful to wear.

I am size 8.5. Usually get a 9 with asics. This one is so tight feel. Wish i could return it as iam past the retun period.

They feel great but you can't walk. Bcs they run small.

2020 tribute shoe to the 2020 Olympics- Comfortable and cushy. Plus the Olympics now scheduled in 2021.
