I've been wearing kayanos for 5+ years now and these are the first ones to give me problems. They are comfortable, like always, when it comes to the cushioning however this edition seems to be more narrow than the last several releases. I've been wearing these ones for a month or two now and have been experiencing more foot pain on the outside of my foot than I ever have before wearing kayanos. I've also suffered from more blisters on my toes than normal. I wish I would have purchased these in wide.

This is my first pair of ASICS. I really liked the design and overall feel of this shoe. The reason I gave it 3 stars, the right shoe construction specifically, the back part which supports the ankle scrapes my Achilles area creating pain and blistering . I run a minimum of 6 miles daily on asphalt and the sole of this shoe really helps with the Impact of touching down. Part of the reason I purchased these shoes Was due to a stress fracture and Achilles pain. This shoe overall has really reduced the pain with the exception of the left shoe.

I have a very high arch, so I ordered these sneakers, however, the arch was great, but the rest of the sneaker was flat. No support or cushion.

The shoe fits well, true to size, good support. Laces are too long, have to tuck them in. They just feel so heavy, even after breaking them in 15+ miles. I can't imagine going for a long run in them right now. They make my legs tired!

The color is so pretty and the size length is prrfevt with sturdy arch support. However, they are tight across the in-step. I can't wear them longer than an hour. I couldn't return them because the return policy says the tag must be in tact and i removed it.

In my opinion they run small for the size. Only wore them a few times walking and my toes were jamming in the front. Put them in the back of the closet hoping my daughter will grow into them. Nice style and fun color though.

It' feels good on the feet in terms of a cushion and support but heavy to run in if that's your main purpose of buying the shoes. These made my shin hurt a lot more.

I like this shoe and it definitely provides more support than my last pair of Asics shoes. I think they could provide a bit more 'bounce' or support to protect knees and shins. Also, the shoe rubs against my pinkie toe which has been a bit irritating. I've had them for a little over 2 weeks so maybe they are still getting broken in.

I had been running in Kayanos for 10+ years and loving them. But the 25 model was terrible. I wasnt sure why ASICS messed with a good thing so I switched to New Balance. However I thought I would give the 26s a try. I'm glad I did because they are definitely better, however the sizing is still off. I wear a 8.5 womens regular width and it took me 3 times of orders and returns to finally figure out I need a 9.5 wide width in the 26s. I NEVER wear that size in other shoes.

I've been using ASICS forever... over the years however it's changed and it seems like the shoes are narrower than before.

I have ran in ASICS for 42 years! Most recently Kayanos love them. This one the 26 is painful in my heels. I have to say ASICS ARE THE BEST! Just not happy with the Kayano 26. But I run alot used to run 10. miles a day. Also, have NEVER had an injury.....amazing! I will buy an older Kayano ASIC. Also, can you put Keanu Reeves picture on the next shoe!!!?? Lol love him and 99% of these Kayanos. Still your running shoes are amazing . Thanks for all of the great, injury free times!!!

The color I was disappointed with...I was expecting more rose gold...it looks more pink with grey.

I purchased the Gel Kayano 26 about a month ago and noticed immediately that both of my right and left toes were crammed up against the top of the sneakers. I thought at first it was my imagination because I haven't experienced this in the 25, 24, etc. Gel Kayanos. It wasn't until after a month I decided to upgrade the insole with superfeet (brand name)cushioning from my former Gel Kayano 25's.I couldn't even insert them properly in the Gel Kayano 26's. Not for me. Next time I will have to try Brooks or go back to the 25's.

I always wear ASICS Kayano when running and I liked the 26, but I felt the support could have been better, as I have plantar fasciitis, also the toe-area was a little more snug than I thought. I had a pair of Brooks just before getting these, as I was waiting for the 26, and they had a wide toe, so that's what I was comparing them to. I did buy a second pair that I'm breaking in for a marathon I'm doing in September and another in October. I had to buy a second pair as the original ones wore down quicker than normal, but that could have been my training route. I'd like to have seen a better color option too. I have the grey pair and the orange pair.
