I have completely collapsed arches and posterior tibial tendinitis in both feet. These are the ONLY running shoes where I have not had to use braces or orthodics with absolutely no pain in over 7 years! Great stability and support for overpronation. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the inside fabric by my ankles began to tear after only 2 weeks use. For the price, I would hope the material would be more durable.

I’m one of those folks out there who has worn ASICS Gel Keyano in 7 1/2 Narrow got years (10 maybe?).Suddenly ASICS quits making narrows in any size! I have picked up a few pairs in my size (older models) but they have now pretty much disappeared. So I tried 7 1/2 Medium width. Not bad -ok in the arch area but too wide in the toe box. Not the same support as narrows. I will try them out for a few weeks but am not sold. Bummer!

Gel-Kayano consistently gives great comfort and stability for my aerobic workouts. My only qualm is that I have to buy them in a full size larger than I usually wear in athletic shoes. In the 10, I didn't like the way my toes would slip forward and touch the front of the shoe so I went with the 10.5, but it feels a little too roomy sometimes, so I have to make sure my laces are very tight.

They are comfortable but the sizing seems a lil off. I am still breaking them in. One of my toes goes a little numb when running. I'm hoping with time it'll wear off.

Fit is good (I pretty much always buy aasics so had a good idea of what size to order). There is a tad too much cushion in some areas for me but not so much that they become uncomfortable. They've been a great addition for exercising and I've noticed my ankles/feet hurting a bit less now that I'm giving them proper support.

Tiny bit short. I'm a solid 8, never purchased any other size. But these are the slightest bit short where my toe touches the front. Otherwise love the shoe. They are the coolest looking ASICS running shoes I own.

I haven't worn them yet but have been buying Gel-Kayano style for over 10 yrs! I will say some variations in style are better than othersI prefer a wider toe box! My only disappointment is realizing these are navy & not black as they appear on the computer! But, not a problem for sure!

This running shoes help my feet to be stable when I run. I tend to overpronate! I ordered 6.5 wide and they are just right! Not super wide just right! They are a little heavy but is ok. The colors look nicer online. The red color does not go so well with the rest of the shoe colors. I wish instead of that red at the bottom it was just blue. Other than that very nice running shoes overall. Comfortable, good stability and support. No pain in feet or knees at all.

Great color and style. Consistent comfort in a stability style. Could use more structure in toe box as with use and stretch am getting some collapse toward the front of shoe.

Read reviews and ordered 1/2 size larger than I usually wear in Kayano's. They are too big. I will return and order my regular size even if they are a little snugger than normal.

These shoes were pretty good. I was a fan of the kayano 25 and decided to go for the 26 for more support after getting injured. I like these shoes, however, I don't feel any obvious differences between this and the 25. I've only used them for 2 weeks as of now though, so maybe they'll last longer than the 25.

These are my first pair of Asics. They are a little stiff and don't have the same amount of cushioning that I'm used to, but they have worked out fine for my 2-3 times weekly short (4-6mile) runs.

The color of the shoes are a lot more light gray than I was expecting and the rose gold doesn't pop as much. The shoes are extremely cushiony but I worry that the tracking on the bottom of the shoes will ware too quickly. That's usually my issue with ASICS. I'm not in love with these shoes but they are filling the need I have for new sneakers during the pandemic.

The kayano 26 is a half size smaller than the kayano 25 just fyi. But other than that it's a really great pair of running shoes. Love them.

I had the gel 25 previously and loved them. These ( gel 26) are not quite as comfortable and I had to increase a half size as the 7 1/2 that I normally wear was too short. I went to a size 8. I like the shoe...but I don’t love them. I’m hoping as I wear them more they will get more comfortable.

I have worn ASICS for some time but switched to Gel-Kayano for a stability sneaker.
I was looking for last year (25) model since I was buying online. But i went ahead with this years model (26)
I have a narrow heal and feel this new model the heal is not as narrow as the previous. Overall, I am still happy with the sneaker and model. I am keeping them and have already run about 15 miles in them. No issues, no blisters and my feet feel good after my runs.
I would recommend these ASICS for sure.
