I love Kayano shoes because they are so nice to my feet. However, this style seems to run small. I put next to my Kayano 21 (old style, I know), and it looks like an entire size smaller. There's also a lot more mesh/soft material on the toe box than my older Kayano shoes. I normally wear an 8.5 in Kayano older styles, but an 8.5 in this newer style definitely won't fit. Also wondering if the mesh toe box will lead to holes easily???

I'm not sure if I ordered correct fitting for my feet. It gives me pain after 10 minutes of walking in it. I thought I ordered a right one for I researched.... Other than that, I like everything about it. :( Not sure what I'm going to with these...

Comfortable shoes, LOVE the color but the footbed could be softer. It tends to get almost painful in the heel area at the end of a 10 hour work day.

Very comfortable shoe. I'm normally a 10 but with the new Kayano 26, I'm a 10.5

Narrow in the toes even for a wide size. Very comfortable

They feel a little heavier then my other running shoes. Good for long runs. Very roomy.

Pretty great running shoes! Extremely lightweight, good form, decently breathable. I could use a little more arch support, but overall it is a decent shoe.

These shoes had way more support compared to my adidas however my inner heal still hurts when I walk. I don't know if that would be an error on the shoe but works great other than my inner heal.

Always liked this shoe. Have had multiple generations. That said.... Not in love with wider toe box. My foot is slapping around in the shoe. Laces are "slippery". Don't tie as tight.

Great shoe for foot structure problems. If I have to stand for extended periods, the Kayano is my relief.

These shoes help me by keeping my feet from turning inward. This support is crucial because without it my lower back, knees and feet hurt. They do not get a 5 because they are hard. As they get worn they become harder. Compared to all the sports wear in the market, they are sorely lacking in style.

They fit well like every other sneaker from ASICS. I really like the color. It has taken a few runs to adjust but they will be good for the next several hundred miles.

Love that it's light and stable. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the arch support. It needed a bit more, but the feel of the shoe overall feels nice. I'm already 20 miles in with them.

The Gel-Kayano 26D shoes are really comfortably and lightweight. I ordered the wide shoes as well as the Gel-Kayano 26 standard size, but I ended up staying the with the wide ones because I developed bunions and the wider shoes feel more comfortable when running long distances. The Gel-Kayano 26 were a bit too tight for my bunions, but otherwise they are great. I am pleased with my purchase and will continue to use Asics when running.

The fit is very short compared to the previous version. Do order a half size bigger!

These shoes are extremely comfortable. My only concern is the front where my toes are have a lot of space. Overall I would purchase these shoes again.

Feels very similar to Kayano 25 - I am liking them!

I'm a heavier runner training for a half marathon and train both on the treadmill and on the road. When the time came to get new shoes, I switched from the Asics Gel Nimbus 20 to this Gel-Kayano 26 after reading reviews online. I've had the Gel-Kayano 26 about 2 weeks now and they have probably 30+ miles on them. I can definitely feel the cushiness when I run, which had started to wear off in my old shoes. The Gel-Kayano is a very sturdy shoe, which also makes it a little heavier, but I would rather have a heavier well-supported shoe than a lighter one that doesn't protect my feet. The one downside I've encountered is that I've gotten a blister on the inside of my right heel, which didn't happen when I broke in the Gel Nimbus shoes. However, that's the only break-in injury I've had so far and it doesn't impact my ability to keep running, so I'm not bothered. If you've had Asics before and are looking for something with good cushion, I would recommend the Gel-Kayano, but know that if you haven't had Asics it will take some getting used to.

These are great! I stand all day & dont have any pain in my feet or back. Fits true to size but if you stand a lot, i would get the wide.

I love the shoes because i use it to run on the road. I have bad knees and it does not bother me. I gave a 4 rate because they did not have more colors.
