I am a new runner with flat feet. This shoe fits well and offers good support. I am unhappy with the pink paint around the ankle as it is coming off.

Great shoe! I only buy ASICS. My only complaint is that the outer fabric does not appear as durable as with some of the earlier models.

Fits true to size. Pattern on shoe is just enough not to make it too much. Color is beautiful yellow tan with gold detail.

This is a quality sneaker. I like the amount of cushioning between me and the road. That said, I feel like the GT-4000 offers more stability but less cushion which is why I went for the Kayano.

Excellent for arch support...these are my work shoe as a nurse and they have6fail me yet

Was super comfortable but my foot was just to narrow for the shoe to work.

The stability of these shoes are really good. My feet did not roll inward and my ankles didn't hurt. However the shoes run a little small. I bought a half size larger for more room; my toes are at the tip of shoes and they feel a little snug.

I've had these shoes about 6 weeks. Overall I'm pleased. Very bouncy. Could have more support in the arch.

Good fit and support. I would've like a bit more cushioning. A former runner, current walker and full time mom and part time fitness trainer, I am on my feet all the time. I need a supportive shoe to help my older (50yo) body! If my feet aren't happy, my whole body feels it. I wear these shoes in the house only for cooking, cleaning, and indoor workouts. I have a separate pair that I wear outside. Toe box is comfortable and not restrictive. Yes I would recommend!

Excellent, comfortable, only issue is the laces are slippery and loosen/come undone more than previous. Probably buy a different lace for them.

These are my favorite sneakers. I have worn these for years. I am only giving 4 stars out fo 5 because you change the style a few years ago and you seem to change the size. I used to be a 10 until 2-3 years ago now I am 10.5. Any store I talk to they say the same thing. You usually can not buy a 10.5 in the stores. And the 10.5 are a little big but 10 are too small. otherwise my favorite sneaker for my foot type.

Great stability, shock absorbent, and stylish! The only drawback was the exposed, black fabric pulled away from the seams. I'm currently awaiting a response from customer service.

Fourth pair and they are comfortable. They help my planter fasciitis.

This is the only brand of shoe i use when i need the best support. I know when i wear pair of Asics that I have nothing to worry about. These are my super shoes.

The color is different from the picture but it fits nice

Im a long time Kayano wearer, but could be a little deeper like the old Kayano 16 thru 20's. Its rigid for support, holds foot better laterally, and has much better forefoot cushioning, thank God, but i wear custom orthotics with a little lift in one shoe. The old Kayanos contained my foot with no problem. I bought the 25's, 26's and the 27's and they are all this new "shallow" design. My foot doesnt sit as well or securely in them, which makes my ankle vulnerable. If they went back to the DEPTH of the old Kayanos, it would be perfect!

It seems that the sizing changed again. My foot is a size 7 and I have always had to buy a size 7 1/2 until the last pair which ran small. So I got size 8 last time which worked great. This new version seems to run bigger and there is more room so I should have exchanged for a size 7 1/2. I don't understand why the sizing keeps changing.

Staunch fan of this ASIC's model but I returned this shoe soon after it arrived as the color combo was most unattractive once I saw it up close and personal.

I am a huge gel-kayano fan. Have been buying them for over 10 years as they come up with new models. This model is comfy, however, I'm always a 9.5 and feel that the toe box is slightly more snug, which is fine for only walking but when I do my workouts and perform more impactive moves, I find that my big toe is rubbing against the front. So I should have probably gone with a size 10. For years 9.5 was just fine so not sure what has changed. I'm still a huge fan though. Great support for my lis-franc injury.

Ran small to me. I usually wear an 8 street shoe and an 8 1/5 running shoe. In these I had to go up to a 9. Small toe box. It's has a stiffer feel than the 25. Loved my 25's. Still too soon to tell about anything else.

I've been wearing Gel Kayano's for years and love the fit. Giving the Gel-Kayano 26 stars because after just a few weeks of wear, the inner heel collars have completely fallen apart. I've put about 100 miles on this pair of shoes to date and have not encountered a similar issue with previous models.

This is my 4th pair of Asics Gel Kayano (the others were prior versions). I've tried many brands, and these are the best running shoes I've found for plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. The cushioning is good without being too much or too heavy. I still need to add an orthotic insert to have enough arch support, so I would prefer if they added a little more support. But they're still the best I've found for preventing foot pain after workouts or long days on my feet.

My Gel Kayano 24's were starting to be worn out and I decided to get the Gel Kayano 26. Although I knew my old shoes were worn, I didn't realize how worn they were until I put on the new ones. I do have to add a firmer arch support but with the new arch support, the shoes are very comfortable. This is my third or fourth pair and each one is exactly what I expected.

Shoes are very comfortable but I feel they run a bit small. I always buy tennis shoes 1/2 size larger than what I wear and these are still a bit snug.
