Handle broke, just outside the warranty period, no options for repair or replacement through Kate Spade. Disappointed by customer service

I had this purse for a little less than a month and the strap broke! I LOVED this purse and was so excited to get it, but if it can't even hold up for a month, no way would I buy anything else Kate Spade.

The medium cross body has a bend in it, I only carried it once and it began to get out of shape, very disappointed, I have purchased many Kate spade bags and never had an issue.

The strap broke the third time I carried this bag. Hardware is cheap- not what you would expect from Kate Spade.

So disappointed in this bag, I have already had it repaired and now it fell apart in a different spot. I take VERY good care of my things, especially when it comes to a 180.00 bag. Would never again by anything by Kate spade. You're paying for a name not quality...

I bought this with the guarantee of delivery by May 5. Site now says delivery May 18....

I like that it is larger than I expected. Especially for the cost

So excited about placing the order. And then a few days later I get that it's out of stock. So I am unable to review this purchase as I was never able to get it.

Would love to write a review of this adorable pink bag but two days after I placed the order, you cancelled it with no explanation...

I was so excited, purchased this cross-body bag, I had been searching for 3 months, I thought I hit the jackpot, only to receive an email a few days later saying that it was not being shipped and that reimbursement would be made to our credit card. I called as to why? was told they were out of stock, so disappointed :(

I purchased this purse and was so excited, only to get an email a couple of days later saying it was out of stock! I was sooo disappointed.

My order get canceled twice with no reason........

I purchased this purse very excited to get it and then it was canceled without an explanation and I would have had to order it again at full price instead of the sale price it had paid for. Very disappointing...needless to say, I did not buy it again at full price.

Ordered item for birthday gift, item was canceled with no explanation.

Came broken and can't return it because it's passed the 14 days. Very unhappy.

What a waste of money. I bought this as a gift but the strap already broke. I had hoped the quality would be much better than this. I will be looking to return it.

Leather on zipper cam off. A week later metal on strap holder came off, and I can now not use it.
