Great purse...I've had the same purse for 5 years and bought it again.

This bag is not huge, or too small, its a good size and has a top and front zipper, its a good color and stylish.

Love this crossbody bag. Large enough to hold essentials and the pebbled leather is nice quality. I also like the fact that the crossbody strap adjusts short enough for a petite frame. I was only disappointed in the dark green color because it almost looked black it was so dark. Hopefully KSpade bags will have a lighter green in the future. I had to return because I wanted a green bag.

I love that this is a great size bag to tote along informal occasions. Perfect for my wallet, lipstick and cellphone. I got the pistachio which is a light green and I just love the color.

I love the color and feel of this bag. Only downfall is the strap doesn't adjust much. Wish it would lay lower

Great packaging and quality but I missed that the strap was navy blue not black. It also arrived later than informed.

The bag is cute, and a good crossbody size. However it's definitely more green than the blue it is in the pictures. Wish the pictures would show the true color

This bag is perfect for anytime but especially good for traveling! It fits just enough without being heavy and the color is beautiful! The quality is not as good as Coach, but good value for the price.

Ordered online for store pickup. They never pulled the product until I had to call the store and ask where my order was? "Got lost in the stockroom". Upon pickup they were rude, handed me a clearly wrinkled, used shopping bag, without so much a thank you. This is why retail is dying.

This is my third medium Polly crossbody. Love this style bag because of the perfect size. I wanted it in red so my husband ordered it for me for Valentines Day. I wish it had been a darker red. The buckle was on backwards so we went to a Kate Spade Store in Richmond and the service was phenomenal. I had a new bag in just a few days. Even though I am not crazy about the color I kept the bag.

I am very happy and love the purse. My new lucky purse.

Bought this about a month ago, came in the mail a couple weeks later. Shipping was delayed due to poor weather which was unfortunate. The bag is cute, something different from the daily black/brown leather bag. I bought the Berry colour. The bag looks pinker online than it does in person, which I am glad about. In person it is more of a dark berry. A lovely mix between purple and pink. It is easy to pair with any colour and pattern. My favourite pairing is a black knit-turtleneck, gingham pattern pants, black stilettos, and this bag. I've gotten tons of compliments. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about something a little more fun but still entirely functional and not too flashy.

I love this bag for the most part. I like the snap over the pocket to keep things from falling to the bottom the bag. What I don't like is the zipper. It does not move smoothly and gets stuck easily.

Great quality however I was expecting the leather label inside of the bag rather than printed on the lining.

I am giving this a 4 out of 5 because I didn't realize how big it was in person. But cute bag!

I love the purse! It's great quality. I just wish the straps could be extended a little longer... I am 5'10" and it doesn't quite hit long enough on me.

Just bought the Polly Medium in black with the pink lining after looking at bags in the outlet Kate Spade store and not finding just what I wanted, despite some great prices. At first I bought the same bag in a different color from Macy's, and while I really liked the dusky pink, ivory and black mix of colors, I was worried the white at the top of the bag would get dirty too quickly. The black is just right, super soft leather, the pink interior makes it easy to find things inside. If the strap had been slightly wider I would have given this lovely bag 5 stars, but the narrow strap can sometimes make my shoulder hurt. But otherwise I love my new bag.

I returned this bag because it was too slim for the things I wanted to carry: wallet, iphone, 2 pairs of glasses, small calendar, car remote starter. The color and leather were very nice and the size was slightly larger than the older Kate Spade black pebble leather I have used for years. Yes, the leather does get softer.

I love this bag! It's a nice size for all of your essential items. It's become an everyday bag for me.

I was in love with his bag in pink, but it didn't on sale. So I bought this bag in blue. I was disappointed when I received it. The blue was darker than the bright blue, which was shown on the website. It didn't truly reflect the real color. I wish KateSpade could fix this problem. In addition, some other colors have gold-tone exterior hardware, but this blue one has silver-tone, which makes the bag look cheaper. The printed logo looks cheap as well. I wish there was a little metal Kate spade. Overall, I am not excited to carry this bag.

I really like this bag... just wish I would have waited a couple weeks. It's on sale now for $75.00.

I have received so many compliments on this bag and I have to say they deserve them all. The two separate compartments are good sizes and easily accessible. The color is a bit more muted than in the picture, but I personally like it better that way.
