In the store it looked like a light gray, but after getting it home it is definitely taupe. Wishing it was more gray, but will keep it for the summer use.

This is a great crossbody bag. It's a perfect size. I can fit all of my basics in it. It's just wide enough to be able to fit my sunglasses also. The only downside for me is the external logo doesn't have the raised spade symbol.

Like the bag for its size & design. Like the functionality for everyday, quick grab & go use, light weight. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was a tad disappointed with the color- the shade of blue looks a bit brighter when looking at the product online but is actually a bit dull in reality.

I like it a lot but the color isn't quiet as the one pictured. It fits my style

I love the style of this bag. I was worried it would be too small for all of my things but it fits a lot more than I thought it would. I have to say I am not too thrilled with the pebbled leather and am bummed they got rid of the metal logo as I think the metal spade logo looked a lot classier. This bag has a logo that is painted on.

This bag is so beautiful! I was so excited to receive it. It's a great size, sits nicely as a cross body, and the color is stunning! Unfortunately after a week the clasp that keeps the strap connected to the bag broke and I can't return it or exchange it. I improved with a keyring and you can't tell from a distance so I can still use it. I was disappointed but still love the bag.

Love the color, love the size, feels classy. There's a scratch on the back and I can't return it. If I had seen it in the store this way, I would not have purchased it. Luckily it's on the back so I can still use it.

The color is more purple than the pink displayed in the picture! It actually holds the large travel wallet, unlike my last cross body.

I brought this just a week ago as a birthday gift to myself. Not happy!

It is a nice bag but a little too big than expect.

I thought this crossbody was a good deal when I purchased but not 2 weeks into using it the link and bar that hold the strap came apart. Although I was able to put it back together the little gold bar keeps slipping out of place. I am going to be contacting customer service about getting a replacement. I'm disappointed because it's a cute bag.

I have owned this style of bag for quite a few years - it's my every day bag and gets a lot of use, however, the new one I just purchased broke the first hour I used it. They are not attaching the hardware in the same manner as my old versions and therefore I don't believe they are as strong as they used to be. I had to return my new bag and won't be buying this style in the future - very disappointed as it was my favorite bag.

I bought this towards the end of the year of 2020, but I barely used this crossbody in March. Maybe by the second or third use, one part of the strap came undone. I love Kate Spade but so disappointed about this.

the purse itself if great, but it arrived with the clasp for the shoulder strap broken. Will be asking for a replacement

Kate Spade only guarantees the hardware for 1 year while my bag , which I purchased at Macy's, fell apart. It looks like the screw came out and the hardware is lost. No one would exchange the bag or repair it. After paying $193.80 for this bag and now having to throw away a perfectly good bag minus the hardware, I don't suggest purchasing this bag. It was my favorite bag, but I can't pay this amount yearly just to own this bag. Will look for a better quality company with a similar bag.

When I purchased this bag the picture is a more turquoise color hut after receiving it I am disappointed because it is more of a green color consider to return it

I ordered this product 11-12 days ago online and still don't have it. It's very difficult to do a review on something that you're very frustrated about not receiving.

Do NOT pay more than $100 for this. I bought this 1.5 weeks ago and immediately had difficulty with adjusting the strap--as in the buckle wouldn't hold if I picked it up. I eventually figured out a way to make it hold with a twist in the strap. The next day the strap, as others have mentioned, broke off the side of the bag. Fortunately I was able to find the parts and put them back together. Since then, it's happened two more times. It's because the bar that attaches the loops together doesn't stay screwed in. I'm going to either take it to a cobbler or hot glue it since I DO like the bag and am not sure what could be done otherwise for it.. n

I was so excited and happy with my purchase, it's a beautiful purse and very functional. However the hardware on the purse feels cheap and plastic with a metallic finish. I decided to move past it because I loved the purse so much. Not even five days later the hardware the attaches the strap to the purse broke off. I wore it into the grocery store, put it on the floor of my car, and when I went to pick it up when I got home, the whole strap was detached. SO DISAPPOINTED. Luckily they are letting me return it for a refund because it is irreparable.

I bought this item about two weeks ago and the leather strap for the zipper already broke off :(
