I wanted to love these and I was close to keeping them. I suffer from Achilles Tendonitis and although the arch was passable, there was not enough cushion and elevation in the heel. The arch lifts up the foot but then the heel falls back down which would create too much pressure on the back of my foot. If you don't have foot issues, get these! They are so comfy and beautiful. It's hard to find a white sneaker which breathes and is cool in the summer.

Lightweight. Comfy. Mold to your feet. Don’t even feel them on. Better than expected. Have white, pink and gray!! Don’t need anything more than these. Exactly what I wanted. For summer. Skip in. Slip off. Go to shoe.

These shoes are great in theory. I like the optional strap but wish it did not say New Balance in huge letters. No arch support but still a soft sneaker. One of my feet has a bunion. It did not rub on the bunion and was comfortable there. However, because of my bunion, my toes end up sitting at more of an angle in a shoe. My toes rubbed on the toe box in my normal size in this shoe. I would need to go up from an 11 to 12, but I have a narrow feet (minus the bunion itself). These shoes fit my "normal" foot fine. I'm returning them because my toes on my bunion foot rub, and I know I will have a hole sooner rather than later. Good concept for a shoe though but would be better with more of an arch support. Ended up in Easy Spirit Loungin 2 instead as a sneaker with no heal.

I bought these shoes for my mom, she really likes them that she had me buy her another pair in a different color. I'm glad they offer other colors. She said, they are comfortable and easy to wear, not having to scoot down to lace up. They are true to size and have cushion so makes it comfortable to wear. If she's happy I'm happy.

Love this New Balance shoe. I prefer this New Balance over skechers because they have a firmer footbed which works for me. As always Customer Service is FIVE STARS. They are the most professional/friendly of all the businesses I have ever contacted.

Bought them in white in a wide width. Fit is perfect. They are light weight and just perfect for me. . Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable and quick on and off. This is not the type of sneaker for a jog or power walk but perfect for casual everyday. I am pleased with them.

These are ok. I will send them back because my feet flop around in them. They should be fairly snug but the upper is floppy and insecure. The sole feels good, I sank right into it, I think it would conform to my foot...but only if they stayed on, which I doubt they would.

These are cute but - the Toe box is not deep enough for my toes and when I walked my ankles rolled like crazy - might make a good slipper for inside but they also felt at least a 1/2 small

This is my first time trying a New Balance shoe. These shoes are extremely comfortable and also very nice looking. I wear a 'wide' shoe and these were perfect in width.

I recently had hip replacement surgery and needs a pair of comfortable shoes that I could just slip on. These are fantastic! I’m a size 8 and ordered an 8. They’re really cute too!

Very nice looking shoes, lightweight, soft insole, clever flip strap for slingback option, great for shuffling around the house, casual wear. A little looser than I’d like it to be, my feet are average width, so not sure yet if they’d work for all day out and about. I selected “moderate arch support” because it’s not exactly “no arch support”, but it’s really pretty minimal. If you have plantar fasciitis or work on your feet all day, these shoes will not provide enough support.

I really wanted to like these. The length of the sneaker I felt was true to size. The shape or dimensions of the shoe is too roomy. There is a big gap between the top and the sides of the sneaker. and my foot. I have a small foot. Could be my suitable for a wider foot. There is an elastic strap which can go around the ankle. Great feature, but I didn't get that far. The sneaker itself is super comfortable and lightweight. Just wasn't for me.

I’ve had other New Balance slip on sneakers and loved them. These are just ok - they have little structure or support so I definitely wouldn’t wear them when walking a lot. I’ll keep them to wear around the house or for quick errands. Also the strap really isn’t adjustable to wear in the back. It’s not sewn to accommodate that.

I was so excited about this shoe. I love the style and color but they are too wide for a narrower foot and no arch support.

I have been looking for a shoe like this for awhile, and I love New Balance, so I thought this would be a “shoe-in”! ? I was sad that when I tried them on, they were tight in the toe, and the back felt sloppy. I was sad to have to return them, and return to my search. I am always impressed with the super quick delivery of my Zappos orders and the ease of returns! Thanks for letting me try these out!

I had to guess on “width” and “arch support” because my usual 8.5 was way to short to get my foot into this shoe.

This shoe is more like a slipper. No support whatsoever. Exchanging them for another NB mule that looks like it has more structure.

I have enjoyed wearing new balance slip on shoes for a while. I was very disappointed to receive these. They were just flimsy. Poor quality. I am returning.

I find these to be really comfortable. Many other sneakers seem to hurt the bottom of my feet.

Perfect shoes! I had wide feet, as well as some issues with bone structure. No bad seams. Pure comfort!

Fit is perfect for my wide foot. Uppers are soft and stretchy. Sole very lightweight. Very pleased.

felt a bit smaller but was not TOO small. Very comfortable and soft. The top kinda comes up too high on my foot but that was just my thinking.
