These shoes are great. I originally found them at a New Balance Factory store, where they wanted $59.99 for them. Saw the same thing on Zappos for $38.99. I love these shoes!

Love! I wear these daily and even bought a second pair. Perfect slip on, casual and stylish sneaker. I do everything in these-walk my dog, run errands, shop, etc. They look cool and modern, first slip on mule sneaker I’ve found that doesn’t look old fashioned (dare I say like my 90 year old Grandma would wear)...! Totally amazing. More colors please!

I have trouble finding shoes because my foot is wide and these shoes give a wide option and are so soft and stretchy they feel awesome. For me personally I don't like white soles at all, I wish the had colored soles, but will definitely buy another pair......

Very cute shoe and I wanted them to work but sadly must return. They definitely run a 1/2 size small so I sized up as recommended. For me, the arch doesn't hit in the right place but I'm primarily returning them because they are too cushiony inside. Am I the only one who hates that?

Falling apart

This is my 2nd order for the NB FuelCore Mule. I loved the first pair so much that I ordered another pair when they went on sale. They run large; normally I wear an 8 but had to go down to a 7-1/2 for this style. They are much more durable than they look; I’ve worn them all summer and they still look like new. They are extremely comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I’ve never used the strap; it looks sort of goofy, IMHO.

Very comfortable and cute - easy to slip on and go. They run short so I’dI recommend ordering up a half size

It’s a half size smaller, I’m usually a 7.5 and got these in 8. It’s pretty comfortable, especially with a strap on. I got a pair in navy in a different store, and am super excited about having options now.

I am very pleased with my purchase and Zappos helped relieve my fear of purchasing shoes online.

I was happy they were easy to put on. However I had to use those little straps as I felt like my foot lifted up from the treadmill. I was happy with the fact they were easy to put on which was my objective since I've been having trouble putting on tie shoes lately with my arthritis!!

The shoes feel mushy, too soft. There is not enough support.

These are great stylish sneaks to slip on and off quickly. I like the black one tone upper. I recently had abdominal surgery and it is great not to have to bend over to tie laces. I have 2 other Fuel Core Energize sneakers and they’re great. These run true to size, have a nice lip at heel to keep foot in place. Memory foam is minimal and arch support is barely moderate, but they are comfortable enough for leisure. I wish they’d improve arch support in these styles. My other go-to brand is Vionics and they do good arch supports. The elastic strap can be used as a sling back for times you need extra stay-on security.

I purchased the NERGIZE Mule in Blue Degrade in my usual 9.5 M. The color was perfect and the style was as I hoped but I was disappointed when I tried them on. The top of the sneaker was more unstructured than other New Balance mules I've owned and I had to work to get my foot in. It was like putting on a slipper sock which defeats the point of owning mules. Once my foot was in, there was just enough wiggle room in the length, the sides seemed slightly narrower than other New Balance shoes I've worn and they just felt too stretchy and floppy when I walked. Unfortunately, I sent them back. I am a loyal New Balance wearer but once in a while I find one that doesn't work for me. Btw, Zappos customer service is awesome!

I've been wearing New Balance mules for at least 20 years and I started searching for replacements when my last pair wore out a couple of years ago. I usually wear a size 8 in New Balance and these were no different. Length & width feel fine. I like that the material over the instep comes up quite far up toward the ankle and for me these are more like slippers than shoes to walk any distance in. The previous versions had thicker soles and were basically athletic shoes with just a one inch or so at the back, so sliding your foot in was easy. Those had better arch support and more were secure on your foot because they were mostly leather with mesh fabric inserts on the top of the front of the shoe. These are all fabric; mesh from the toe to the beginning of the instep and a medium thickness fabric for the rest of the shoe. They are easy to slip on if you don't wear socks. If you choose socks, the shoe grabs the socks at the instep and the back of the shoe so that you will have to unroll the shoe fabric at the top of the instep and back of the heel. I like them, but don't love them. They are OK for short trips to the market or a running quick errands. I do like them as slippers though. I normally wear New Balance Sport Orthotics in my closed NB walking shoes, so these don't provide the same level of support for me.

I wear these around the house, rarely anywhere that requires a lot of walking, because there’s zero support or comfort. I kept them because my dogs ate my other slides and like something to slip on easily in the mornings.

I wanted slides for dog walking and these are super cute, but I have flat feet and my foot felt weird against the bottom. I ordered wide, but the top of the shoe was wide, not the sole. So half my foot rested on the side of the shoe. Sent back bc it felt too weird

I love the shoe BUT it has memory foam insoles. Memory foam makes my feet hurt. I like the shoes enough to try other insoles but they didn't work.

These shoes fit great and looked cute on but there was no arch support at all. They felt terrific on my bunion since they are made of a soft mesh type material. If there was arch support I would have definitely kept them.
