The shoe is so lightweight and comfortable. I’m hoping it can be washed on the washing machine. The only negative I see is that the top of the shoe comes up really far on your ankle.

The fit and size seemed fine, and although they were very light the material seemed flimsy. They really are cloth shoes and I was worried that after just a bit of where my toes would go through the front! I really did love the design though with a strap that goes over the heel or over the arch, depending on how you want to wear them.

Very unimpressed for new balance sadly returned

I ordered my normal size but I had to push my toes all the way to the tip in order to get my heel in the heel cup. Very uncomfortable and cause for return. Definitely think this shoe runs small, although the wide width was fine. No larger size available in the same color. It's a shame because they were cute and super lightweight, just not for me.

This shoe totally felt like I had just put my feet between two slices of Wonder bread. No support whatsoever, just a little bit of squish. They will be going back.

I am very disappointed with this product. Flimsy. No support. I can feel every pebble/stone on the pavement. If I didn't really need a sneaker type shoe, I would have sent them back! I have worn New Balance for years. This pair were not worth the money.

Very disappointed in this New Balance product. The insole is way too thin and completely flat. Complete lack of support. I kept the shoes, but immediately bought an arch support insole.

The material felt cheap. The straps weren't equally sized. The toe box was right, but there's excess material between the widest part of the foot and the ankle that bulges out weirdly. They're more like slippers than shoes. I was disappointed.

These look great and fit fine. The problem is, with any configuration, my foot lifts out of them when I walk.

I really wanted these to fit. So sadden that they did not. I ordered the 8 wide. Even though I wear a 8 1/2. They are so beautiful but was afraid to WALK in them. The heel portion is much lower than the front footbed. There in NO solid support on the Heel when you put your foot down to walk. This is NOT due to the lower sided of the shoe but because the bottom of the heel bed has NOTHING to support your stepping down. When walking my toes were higher than my heels. A foot should be level when you walk. Also for me, they did run a little bit longer. I did have to put their strap on my heel to keep me from wobbling in them. Great Company, but wish they would re-design this shoe for support on the ENTIRE FOOTBED, FROM TOE TO HEEL!!! So sorry New Balance.

I did not like the feel of this mule. My heel did not sit deep enough, no5 nearly as much padding as before, and the fabric seemed flimsy. I don’t know why New Balance changed their Mule but sure is comfy. It was not a stylish shoe but surely had way more padding and fit better. I returned both pairs and will continue wearing my old NB Mules with the holes in the toes as long as I can.

Shoe was not supportive way to wide

This was a very disappointing purchase. I bought these shoes in two different sizes to ensure the best fit, and neither was comfortable on my foot. I usually love New Balance shoes for their great support. These were soft and squishy, and had no support at all... No arch, no side support, nothing! The uppers are so long that they come up past the top of my foot and travel up my ankle, yet at the same time the sole of the shoe basically fits the length of my foot. I was looking for a slip-on shoe that I could wear all day, but it needs to have some structure to it as I'm very active around the house and running errands. These are a no-go, and I have to return both pairs.

Ran very small. Could not asses arch support since I couldn’t get foot all the way in. I wear a 6 or 6.5 m width in almost everything else. Not this shoe. I was so looking forward to having something to throw on to run out the door quick. Better luck next time.

These shoes were made out of what felt like feathers. Absolutely no support and I'm not sure how they would have stayed on my feet they were so flimsy. The back strap when used made the shoes feel like they were buckling. They went back.
