Sizes aren't all that true. But you learn to live with it I guess.

Look like a good product but the aggressive popup requesting permission to send notifications has sent me away.

Shoes are great, custom service is lacking. Had to exchange shoes and still waiting on replacement.

Like the style and comfort ... but quality? Right toe wearing through quickly, left shoe fine. I'm repairing with fishing wire, but would have thought they would have lasted longer with minimal wear.

The heels kicks up

I ordered 2 pair one size 11 and a size 10... the confirmation email and the packing slip confirmed this order. I was ordering a pair for my husband and my son for Christmas. What I received is a pair of 11 & a pair of 9 shoes. My son is the size 10 and the one who requested the shoes on his Christmas list. I called and left a voice message the day I received them. I never got a response, and so I printed a return label but then decided to gift them to my brother in law who happens to be a size 9. I love the shoes, we know they are comfy... but unfortunately my son is not getting them under the tree this year and he is the only one who asked for them.

Not substantial enough to wear with jeans. Lacks adequate foot support. Good beach shoe but not go-to casual show.

These particular shoes ran a little too big.

Quality seems good but it fits snug and I have been trying to exchange for a bigger size but keep recieving an email back saying return rejected, size is out of stock. They dont try to offer any other solution. Makes me feel like they are telling me "we got your money now leave us alone". You would think that the customer service would be better.

Frustrated that the size guidance was off (I bought half a size up as recommended but I should have bought half a size down) and then it took customer service 2-weeks to tell me I was out-of-luck and couldn't exchange it for a different size. I guess it was final sale but I didn't process the fact that that not only could I not return it but I couldn't resize if it was off, which is challenging for a product with non-standard sizing. I could have let that go if the customer service had been responsive and clear but it took me multiple follow ups and pings to get them to acknowledge my question and stop just pointing me back to the same form I already said didn't work.

He's had them one moth, his toe has already come out the side.

To be fair, it's my fault. I unknowingly purchased a pair of shoes on sale and they were too big. I went by the size recommendations on the website but it didn't work out. Because of the sale they were not able to be returned. The shoes themselves look nice too bad they are too big.

Too big and cannot return. Look nice but wish regular shoes not water shoes.

After purchasing my first pair of hey dudes I was so satisfied I decided to order a few extra pair of the same style. To my delight, they were on sale when I purchased the 2 additional pair. Over a week later after no update on shipping I reached out to customer service inquiring on when my order might ship. Without me authorizing they just canceled my order and told me they were out of stock. I replied to that email and stated that I didn't want to cancel my order and I was willing to wait until the inventory was replenished. That was almost a month ago and I have yet to receive a reply.

Shoes ripped from walking around.

You all must have sent men's because they were too big . I gave them to my daughter in-law .

Not wide enough to tight

Would be nice if I actually received the shoes, they were shipped to a different address than I originally ordered them for. Change my address through customer service, and they were still shipped to my old address. Waiting on new pair hopefully to be shipped to my new address.

Still waiting on my exchange more than 2 weeks later and 2 emails and no word.
